Do not use Sarasota Cabinetry, they will not finish the job!!! Don sold out to his nephew Dan and our experience has been a complete disaster!!! DO NOT PAY UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETED!!! It’s been 5 months since our cabinets were installed and they never finished…. 2 doors are missing none of the trim/ crown molding finished, hood trim missing, no glass inserts in any of the cabinets and missing trim around the coffee maker! Dan has made dozens of promises to come finish the job and never shows up, we’ve missed appointments, work etc to accommodate his schedule and he just doesn’t give a crap about his clients or reputation!! If you owe him money do not pay another cent until the job is completed in full or it will not get done!!!

This is our second experience working with Don. We had a custom bathroom vanity done 3 years ago and were happy with how it came out. We just had kitchen cabinets installed this time. Cabinets look gorgeous and you can see the quality. The guy took his time installing the cabinets to make sure it was perfect. Definitely recommend.Service: Kitchen remodeling

2 points on this review: (1) Cabinets: their build & finishes are excellent. Sarasota Cabinetry does an outstanding job making cabinets--they are beautiful! I am an experienced designer so I recognize and appreciate this. (2) Customer Service. When I incorrectly tallied our payments, Don diplomatically phoned to follow up with me so I could correct my bookkeeping error. We would not hesitate to have Sarasota Cabinetry build custom cabinets for us.
