I purchased Magico S3 speakers from SunCoast Audio. Love the speakers and recommend this dealer. My whole experience with them was positive, from the initial auditions, through the purchase, and the very excellent and professional installation. They have a lot of equipment there at different price points. Check them out if looking to enhance your audio system.

Mike and his team gave my wife and I excellent advise and we ended up with my dream system. We couldn’t be happier. They took the time to understand my room, my listening habits and my budget to really make sure we hit all the bases. They have the best selection of equipment too. They patiently moved speakers around and switched amps while I could try different combinations. As expected, we ended up with their original suggestions. Customer service was excellent! Top notch!

Bad communication throughout transaction. The owner thinks he's pretty sharp promised things that never happened. Audiogon ad stated manual included manual never came with unit. He blamed Audiogon for the mistake, but he placed the ad. I would never do business with Suncoast Audio or playitagainaudio. The only good that came out of it is the Esoteric K1 a great player. It as found a home in my second system for sure. The power cord was a trade off because you said you didn't have a manual which your ad clearly states. Maybe having someone that is literate to review the ads might make sense? Costumer service awful owner even worst!! The only thing right he states was that the power cord was not included. The Esoteric factory power cord was promised Instead of the MANUAL (which is in the AD) he sends an Amazon power cord that MR. bigwig spent $5.00 on. WOW A $30K player and a $5.00 cord that's taking care of business!!!!YOU CAN"T FIX STUPID!

10/10 experience. Mike(s) offered an unforgettable demo experience for us and their extensive knowledge and passion for the craft was very apparent out the gate. Real grateful that they were able to shoe me in on short notice for such a wonderful time. The clean setups and extensive range of top shelf offerings had me feeling like a kid in a candy store.

The store is an Audiophile's happy place. I'm not one but I've been to enough with my boyfriend to know a quality set up. The guys are very knowledgeable and very helpful and honest. I highly recommend based on my boyfriend's reactions while in the store on a random Saturday afternoon while visiting from another state. We've been to audiophile shows etc so Suncoast is the real deal.

No call-backs after speaking with them, don't answer emails and hardly ever available to Chat. Thankfully we have choices out there. Really a fake review? I called a few months ago discussing FYNE speakers via phone and no call back as promised. Over time when no one was available to Chat it prompted me to send an email. NEVER got a reply (for other eqp i was interested in). Don't try to pawn this off as Fake!

Love this store. They pushed me towards a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a free upgrade to the Exact 2 cartridge. I am blown away with the upgrade. It's great to have a high end audio store in my backyard to continue my hifi journey.

The experience here was absolutely incredible. This is truly the only audiophile store of its kind anywhere in the area. I went into this store with only a superficial knowledge of audio and a good understanding of electronics, and the store rep Mike spoke with me for over an hour, giving me more information than weeks on forums, and managing to answer even the deep electrical-theory based questions I had perfectly. This store is amazing, and I can't recommend them enough. I'm looking forward to shopping here again in the future. If you have even a slight interest in high-end audio, don't hesitate to check Suncoast Audio out, you won't regret it!

Highly Recommended. A true audiophile store. I was looking to upgrade some older, but good, Wilson Audio speakers and went to Suncoast to review a few options. My wife and I agreed on a speaker and made the purchase from Mike. When the speakers arrived, the Suncoast team provided exceptional service and set-up. We had one hiccup along the way where a (very high quality) freight company put their forklift through the box and damaged a pair of speakers. But the speed and skill with which Suncoast handled the situation left me with the highest level of satisfaction.
