If you own a business, DO NOT do business with TD Bank. If you write checks to your vendors, they will absolutely NOT allow them to cash the check at the bank. This may put a big strain on your relationship with some vendors that need to cash the check the same day. Horrible service. I was talked to like I didn't know how banks work.

Stopped to make a deposit of “CASH” it took them 20 min! 20 min of waiting at the window with no one else there to make a cash deposit. WTH!!! I will be dropping this bank asap.

I have been a customer of TD Bank for 12 years in New York, Delaware and Florida. This branch in Sarasota is the worst bank of any variety that I have been unfortunate enough to use. It is my intent to move my accounts to a different bank. This branch is chronically understaffed. You cannot speak to anyone without an appointment and then when you do make an appointment, they take other people in front of you and you wind up sitting as though you had no appointment at all. It makes no sense to make an appointment and then not have it honored. I have fell some of the people, including one person, but I think no longer works there who are totally in at the job and other people are minimally helpful.

I visited this branch today, which was my first time coming in person since I opened my account online three months ago. My purpose was to rectify an incorrectly charged checking account fee. However, I was disappointed to find that there was only one teller available who was not very helpful. Additionally, there was only one banker attending to five customers patiently waiting to be served. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, the service was slow, so I decided to leave without resolving my issue. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience. I am hopeful that the next branch I visit will have adequate staffing.

Peter is the worst employee you have. Lazy and do no want to help. He was weird like he was scared interacting with a non white person. I suggest he gets some training and some cultural education classes. Terrible bank. Do no go there! Very rude employee overall.

Worst bank I’ve EVER banked with in my 31 years of life. Opened up a checking account online they never sent me a debit card after two weeks of not receiving a debit card or being able to order one through my account. I went to a branch which the closest branch is an hour and a half away from my house, drove all the way to the branch to get a card printed out and the lady there offer it look like she just did not want to help it was almost closing time. She told me she could not issue me a card I to be mailed which she told me would take 14 days and actually took over a month. She said that whoever set the account up when I called in put the wrong phone number in so I could not verify. Therefore I cannot get a card printed out however fast forward a month later. They suspected fraud on my account and canceled my card, and I had to go into a branch to get a and they did not even ask me for my phone number nor did they send me a code for them to have to send me to print the first branch was an Bradenton will never go there again have to a about told me a lot of wrong information. Long story short I’m switching back to Bank of America This Friday. Fees to transfer money from checking to savings. Maintenance fees even though I get direct deposits well over threshold was supposed to get a 200 with deposits, I haven’t heard anything about that terrible bank staff needs better training.

Great Customer Service.Branch Manager was exceptionally helpful with resolving an issue with another branch’s error while renewing a CD. Courteous, Professional, and diligent in following through.The Branch Staff are excellent and great to engage-courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable.
