Jason went above and beyond to accommodate my needs regarding the room. He could not have been more helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The rooms were modern and clean along with a pristine bathroom. The location can't be beat - in a quiet neighborhood, but easily walkable to Downtown. Staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. We were here during Hurricane Helene and the hotel made every effort to inform the guests of hurricane policies and safety measures. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel. The location, the rooms, the amenities are all nice. The entire hotel was clean. The pool area is fantastic and they have an ice pool as well as a large hot tub as well. Valet is quite pricey as it is seemingly the only option for parking but the attendants are nice, and prompt so it was no big deal.

LOVED this hotel. I planned a surprise getaway for my fiancé and wanted a nice pool area to relax. This hotel gave us that and SO much more. We arrived early, and they were able to get us right into our upgraded room! We are Marriott Gold members, but the free upgrade is not always available. The staff was TOP NOTCH from the moment we checked in to the time we left. Elizabeth in the Wink Wink Food & Drink Restaurant, which is right on site, was beyond sweet and accommodating. The restaurant staff was calm and sweet even though they were very busy. The room was comfy and spacious. Our favorite part of the hotel was the pool area. There were plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas, so you could spend the entire day there. Food and drinks are brought directly to your seat. There was also a hot tub. BEST OF ALL.... this hotel has an ice plunge pool! Even on the hottest day in Florida, the pool was so refreshing. It can hold quite a few people, too! I'd say it's at least 10 feet long and 6 feet wide. I'm not a mathematician or a contractor so don't quote me on that. Lol The location was ideal, as well. We were able to walk to Downtown Sarasota to enjoy the bars and restaurants and jump into an Uber for a quick ride to St. Armond Circle. We only had one hiccup after leaving, but with one phone call, the hotel staff was able to remedy the situation with no questions asked. Thank you to the amazing staff for making this an incredible stay. We will absolutely be back to this hotel. <3

Excellent customer service.
I chose this hotel, the Marriott site said "kitchen, utensils, etc" so I did food shopping and had to throw out some meat I purchased because there wasn't even a microwave, utensils or anything. Just a coffee maker.
Everything else was good.
Fun pool, good vibe.

We stayed here for the weekend for our anniversary. The rooms were clean. Every time we walked in the doors or got off the elevator each person at the front desk made sure to greet us. The hotel has a nice restaurant/bar and they also have a pool side bar. We got a king suite with balcony and it was great, bed was comfy. Hotel is so close to everything, you can walk if you wanted to. They do have a cool shuttle its an old VW Bus which we LOVED. At night time the pool area is so nice and calming. We will definitely be back. Oh and the valet service was on point!! $35 overnight (if you stay 2 nights and use valet each day you stay will be charged $35 x2 which is not bad. They will valet you as many times as you need that day). Text the number on the valet ticket when we were leaving our room and by the time we got down there our truck was out front for us. We did cash tip them when we left but there was a different valet each time so I hope they all got to share the tip because they all were amazing!

Honestly, I didn’t have a good experience in this place. The rooms don’t look clean. The sheets don’t smell and clean, this is not worth what we paid. Finally, I had a bad time at the time they delivered my car, the valet person stained my steering wheel with pen ink, apparently the ink was thrown on my steering wheel and on my car door. They didn’t do anything about it. I don’t recommend this place and I wouldn’t go back either

I just stayed at this hotel Saturday night and had a horrible experience. I chose this hotel because I wanted to walk over to downtown and hit Sarasotas night life . When I returned to the hotel room at 1am the rooms heat was on and locked at 80 degrees felt like a furnace. The thermostat wouldn't let me change, it kept saying it was locked . The receptionist didn't know how to fix it so was offered a room on the next level at the end of the hall. moving all my stuff in the middle of the night was a horrible experience. especially when the room I payed for was a master suite and was now in a double Queen. That would be ok if I planned on going to sleep however I left the club early to hangout in my master suite which had a sofa and king bed. I was told the hotel manager would call me and offer some kind of compensation for the horrible experience but I still haven't heard from them. If your looking to hangout in Sarasota I would recommend either the aloft which is closer and more affordable

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night. This hotel was an option on the Hotel Tonight app. They do not have self parking. You can park on the street during certain times. They do have valet, which was very quick and not that expensive. The room we stayed in was pretty large. It had high ceilings. It was very clean. We noticed that there weren’t very many lights in either the room or bedroom. We believe this is intention to allow natural light to come in. The windows were huge, which did allow light to come in. Our view was of the beautiful book. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was great! We had plenty of towels. They really thought of everything! The pool area had a heated pool, a plunge pool and a hot tub. We used them all! The area was gorgeous. There was also a pool bar. You can rent cabanas by the pool as well. There is also games. We played corn hole before we got in the plunge pool. There is also a restaurant on site. We did not eat there but it looked cute! Overall, we had a great stay. We would definitely stay again. Bonus, I also found out one of my favorite shows, MTV’s Siesta Key was filmed there!

Yesterday, 7/22/24, around 9:30pm, I pulled up to the modern hotel. It was raining hard. The valet refused to acknowledge me. After a few minutes I beeped the horn. He continued to ignore me and look at his phone. I tried honking again after another couple minutes. I then rolled down my window to ask for help - service - and he accused me of being angry and unstable. I was so amazed by how terrible the situation was I just drove off and found parking myself. I then walked to my meeting through the rain and got there drenched. Can't imagine a worse experience.

The receptionists at this place are always smiling, but today, unfortunately, it was the opposite and the way of speaking was not good. This was around 11 am. Thank you.

Started out as a pool local regular to tan and the best outcome to my day is Bryce the mixologist he makes great craft cocktails and presents amazing service at the bar. Bryce can always bring such a big social crowd for Sunday fundays. This pool bar is a perfect spot in downtown sarasota anytime Bryce is there:)

First surprise is that parking is $55. No I'm not kidding. You could park on the street 1/2 mile away if you can find a space. Next surprise is the blaring party music starting at 7:30 AM. The HOTEL plays that, not the guests. The morning staff is super rude when you ask them to turn it off. (there were no guests actually at the pool listening to it) The beds have no box springs and it's obvious when you lay on them. The furniture is falling apart. half the lights don't work.... There are only so many things I feel like complaining to the staff about.
