This store is an insult to pizza and especially to papa johns. The last three times that I have gotten pizzas the first was under cooked and I had to resection it as it wasn't cut through and in some places not at all. The second time I ordered all the meats the two pizzas were burned partly sectioned and cold. The last time I ordered a large cheese pizza it was cold and undercooked and again partly sectioned. The manager was extremely rude and insulting. I will not pay for poor services and poorly prepared products I can get a better deal at the grocery store or any other pizza establishment.

Showed up 30 minutes late, pizza was barely warmer than room temperature, and the sauce we ordered was open when I opened the box and was all over the box, ordered extra cheese and about 10% of the pizza didnt even have cheese on it, and then the driver tried to short me on change.

Always forget sauces or put the wrong ones in. The pizza was overcooked and hard to chew.

Recently, we decided to try the Hawaiian Pizza. We ordered online (which was a pain in the butt) and picked up the pizza at the Sebastian store within the 30 minute time frame allowed. Once home again, we divided up the pizza and dug in. Or at least we tried to. We ordered a thin crust - and it was over-cooked to the point that we were concerned we might chip a tooth if we ate the edges. UGH. The pizza itself was not properly prepared - it was over cooked and the ingredients (better ingredients, better pizza?) may have been past their "use by" dates. We love bacon, but the bacon overpowered the Canadian bacon and the pineapple. In fact, we couldn't distinguish the Canadian Bacon's taste at all. The pineapple was overdone and tasteless - again, possibly past its "use by" date. In short, we don't be ordering this pizza from this Papa John's anytime soon - at any price. i've eaten Hawaiian Pizza's at other pizza places, including Papa John's in other cities - but this one was the worse. But, if you like over cooked pizza, then this is the place for you...they do it well. UGH!

Was a regular customer until today. They put 0 effort in to my order tonight after messing it up last time... the exact same way. I even had a discussion with them during ordering.

I went twice and both times they handed me the uncooked pizza, the order said little cheese and little sauce, nor was it like that. No apologies, I will not go back

Ordered 16 wings to come home to a box of 10. The options for wings are 8 & 16. Didn’t even bother calling the store, its just too much work on my part. I don’t understand the incompetence!!!

The school that I work at gave us a free 1 topping pizza coupon. I called prior to ordering and picking it up to see if we could order a all meat pizza if we paid the difference. We were told NO, so we settled for pepperoni. Unlike the commercials this store is chinchy with toppings. I complained 1 1/2 years ago because the Papa's in our home town (Peachtree Corners, GA) never disappointed us. Unless it's free we won't order from here again!

I ordered pizza from here knowing it was a chain place and not expecting a whole lot. It was always tolerable and OK when something quick was needed. The last two times I was there the lack of toppings was noticeable. The last time I was there I was so angry when I got home and opened the box that I called to let someone know. I told the man who answered the phone that I had ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza and that 3 of the slices had NO toppings what so ever, and the other slices of pie had a slice or a slice and a half of pepperoni. The mushrooms were just about non existent as well. A slice or two at most with none on 3 of the slices. How can anyone make a pizza ordered with two toppings and then make the pie with NOTHING on 3 of the slices? The man got very defensive and told me everything there is quantity controlled and measured out and that he found what I was saying to have to be wrong. In other words, he called me a liar. I should have driven back to the place and showed him what I was talking about and that the quantity and quality control he was so proud of obviously failed. I guess the company is just looking for ways to improve their profit margin. In my case he failed. I will never go not only into that Pappa John's, but I will never set foot into any of their locations. Poor quality, worse customer service.

We haven't been here for a year, although we used to come here about once a week. Then online ordering stopped working.....we would get there to be told there was no order. Here we are now, waiting outside after being told they didn't get the order. Guess we won't do this any more.

We had heard so much about Papa John's new Philly Cheesesteak pizza that we decided to try it. The concept sounded good - we both love Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. PJ's was running a special - a large pizza was the same price as a medium - $12.00, so I ordered a large carryout. All the way home the smell nearly caused me to pull over and open the box, but I decided to wait until I got home. The presentation of the pizza was good...the combination of steak, onions, peppers and cheese resulted in a great smell. But, where is the rest of the cheesesteak. In a large pizza, I doubt if there were 10 strips of meat - hardly adequate to warrant calling it a Philly cheesesteak pizza. And...without the special price, not worth the price. I've eaten PJ's pizza for a few years now...usually, we eat Pizza Hut or Domino's. Usually, I'm very satisfied with PJ's offerings, but this new one is not worth it. I recommend they triple the amount of cheesesteak - or rename the pizza to "Almost Vegetarian". Reminded me of the old commercial which had the tag line, "where's the beef?"

Excellent staff and service. We walked in and placed and order. Everyone was polite and very efficient. Was told to come back in 10 minutes time to retrieve the order and so we did. The pizza was delicious and definitely hit the spot.
