I will never bank with 5/3 again. I closed my account out and a month later they charged me a $7 annual then charged me fees on the $7 . Now they are claiming I owe them $137 on a $7 charge when I had an inactive account. Go to sun coast because 5/3 is robbery!!

Tried to cash a check...Called but they dont answer the phone. Website says 1% fee with a $24 maximum. Got there and the branch said the fee is $39! These people are criminals and use deceptive practices.

My savings account was closed without my consent even though I called to make sure all was good with it before a large direct deposit was due to hit. They closed the account literally hours before. I come into this branch to fix the problem and I was taken 15mins past my appointment time. The banker Cody laughed when I told him the problems I was having. I sternly told him that this was in fact not funny and the branch manager Luis started to stare at me threateningly. I asked him why he was staring at me like that and he walked aggressively towards me and said he was going to call the cops. Absolutely no conflict resolution or mitigation. Straight to calling the cops on customers when this was absolutely their fault. DO NOT bank here or especially with this branch.

See this guy here his name is branch manager, Luis! He thinks that because he’s the branch manager for a year he can yell at his employees in front of clients patronize clients when they call for either appointments or information! I want everyone to know this place is the worst to conduct business! Please if you can, AVOID this location! I will make it my life’s mission to see this branch have the proper leadership it deserves! Oh by the way I have closed all my accounts and have started persuading all the people that I know to close them… this is 2023 I will make sure this is heard!

The worst!! Fifth Third Bank decided to close down our Business bank account during the Holidays!!!!!! For no reason! We are a small mom and pop holistic alternative shop we carry exotic snacks, vapes and we have a metaphysical section … downtown Plant City. If you have a business do not bank with them! They will shut you down for no reason and make you scramble a few weeks before the holidays! Completely heartless and not on your side. Go somewhere else!

So on a Saturday morning following a bank holiday Friday this manager doesn't schedule anybody. Sitting in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes with two cars in front of me is wildly unacceptable. A business is only as good as its captain.

For years I wanted to refinance my home but to me it seem expensive and complicated. I called this bank and met Luis Padilla. Luis helped me refinance my home, he explained the whole process and guided me, making it fast and easy. I trust him with my financial needs, he is very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable asking him for advice regarding accounts and any other financial questions. Thank you Luis for all your help and advice

Awful customer service . The branch manager isn't qualified to run a snow cone stand on a hot day in July. They keep churning help and nobody knows who you are. What a joke. I've been doing business there for 15 years. I would NOT recommend this branch to anyone.
