The atm machine took my money and nobody could help me. This is the second time at the same place. The manager barely looked at me and told me that she couldn't do anything. I deposit cash to pay my rent and now because of no one's care I will be evicted. It's exhausting asking for help and watching someone making the idc face. Worst place on earth

If you're going to bank. at this location, you better pray you never need to speak to someone over the phone. I have never been able to speak to someone when I call the main number. This last time I was on hold for 12 minutes, repeating the options to go to the main menu, then select talk to an agent. I never did get a hold of anyone. Very frustrating

I enjoy this bank so much! My husband & I bank here and the staff ask know us by name. It’s very welcoming everytime we come in & we always have a wonderful experience when we bank here.

Had to wait 5 weeks to get an appointment. That's more of a reflection of BoA closing many locations and ATMs.
Rafael provided outstanding service today. We had a wide range of things to discuss. He had a very relaxed and welcoming presence. Rafael was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We weren't rushed. Left feeling appreciative and confident that everything was correctly handled. Rafael treated us like old friends instead of an account number.
Katrina had a great crew all around here. Thank you for hiring great people!

If I could give a zero stars I would. In a time sensitive situation, left multiple phone messages, for a specific rep at south Seminole branch no return call. Called main number for south Seminole branch several times, no one answers, get recording that all representatives are helping other customers. Did online wire transfer, shortly after received email indicating we had to call immediately to confirm. Called the indicated phone number, on hold for almost 2 hours, they close at 8 pm EST, about 8:20 pm message came on saying they were unable to assist at this time. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Been a customer for many years with multiple accounts. Will likely pull all accounts after this fiasco. Then, left work early, went in person to branch late afternoon. Relayed all the problems, no return call, unable to reach any representative at branch. No apology, given a 1-800 number to call for assistance since related to a wire transfer. WOW....horrible experience and in a difficult position now with time sensitive wire transfer since no one available to assist after almost 2 hours on hold.

This drive thru has the best uncomplicated machine to use. It is much easier to put in or get out your money from your account.

Excellent service inside the Seminole branch but getting annoyed with the drive up ATM being out of service so much. Fix it !!!!

Been going to this bank since I was a teenager. It’s a good bank. However I recently deposited a check from my workplace and it was placed on a 8 DAY HOLD. I understand a 2-3 day hold. However 8 days is unacceptable. Most Americans today are living paycheck to paycheck. Now I don’t know how I’m going to feed my son and get to work for the next week. I tried calling and nobody answered. Another reason to have a safe of your own and hold onto your own cash. The bank system is unreliable these days. Pretty frustrating.
