This is a great place to go if you need CPR training, BLS, first aid, ect. Bill is a great instructor and really makes the information easy to understand! I will continue coming back every 2 years!

Less than average instruction. Class started 30 minutes late while music was blasting loudly in the classroom. We watched some videos and performed skills on the adult manikin ONLY. He did not teach a full class by AHA standards. It took nearly 4 weeks to get my card. I will NEVER take another class at this place again.

Covers all necessary subject matter effectively, and the instructor's use of humor and interspersed unrelated material helps prevent the stultifying mind-numbitis that can result from a plethora of annually repetitive information. Beginners and the humorless may find the more casual approach "unprofessional," but the instructor's extensive experience with the relevant topics is obvious.

Very unprofessional. Before class could even begin, he had to lecture everyone on how to navigate Daytona Beach and how to tell which way was E, W, N, S....what a jerk. If your address or sign was larger and could actually be seen, people wouldn't need to call and ask where you are located. The class consisted of a few videos, including one of his dogs, some 1980s music, and the test.

This place is very unprofessional. I emailed them about the med tech program. He gives me all the wrong dates. I email him back to confirm the correct days so i would know when to show up, he emails me back asking if i know how to use the internet. Like its not 2016 everyone knows hows to use the internet. My 10 year old son is already an expert. I feel that was insulting and rude. They will never get my money.

This man is nothing but rude! I paid through my work to take CPR and first off, he was very unprofessional. Talking nasty about people that were calling for directions. Second of all, I never received my CPR card. He claims it was sent in the mail but low and behold it never showed up. Within the last 8 months I have reached out to him so many times I've lost count. He answers the phone, and when I start to explain that I have called multiple times and tried to make contact blah blah blah he actually has the audacity to insult me by asking if I have a name, am I smart enough to give it to him when I do give him my name he says oh I'll have to go by the office later tonight and look you up as if he has no idea who I am.. I finally have had enough and threaten to take it above his head so he writes me an email and says call tonight and give me your address and l will send you a copy of your card.. what happens? I call no answer.. I have had enough! This is the absolute WORST experience I've ever had. I do NOT recommend this man or this company for anything! I also posted a review on Facebook and had 10 people message me about their similar experiences!! So disgusted!!
