This is the worse storage space ever. The gate has been broken for almost 4 months. ANYONE CAN DRIVE IN AND OUT. I was promised a refund check because they claim they did not get my proof of insurance. They said it would be in the mail. 4 months later NOTHING!!!! It is just the fact they do t care or follow us.

I had the pleasure of working with a miss Paulette robinson...let me just say I cant say enough about how pleasant she was to work with! She took her time and listened to my situation and went above and beyond to help me find the best option for me! It was a time sensitive issue and she couldn't have been any more compassionate.
