I had a very great experience at the Aspen office in St. Augustine. They staff was friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist was great. He took his time and made sure I was ok during the entire procedure. I was very nervous going to have the procedure done but it was amazing. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

The personnel at Aspen Dental were very nice and friendly. I thought the business practices were dishonest and misleading. The prices listed in the website were about half the amount of the charges I was quoted in the office. I had expensive procedures recommended to me that other dentists and orthodontists have recommended against for me. I have never heard of another service that requires payment in advance of an appointment. I will not return.

I’m a veteran with some serious dental issues, I went to Aspen Dental in St Augustine because they had a day for vets. I thought I could at least get a broken tooth pulled, but I was given a full screening on all of my dental issues, had a plan designed for me that would address the issues, it is a lot, when I asked how much it was cost me. I was told it wouldn’t cost me anything and then I was thanked for my service. Words cannot express the true gratitude and appreciation I have for all of those that were and will be involved in this. When I have my smile back, I will be able to walk a little taller again.

The staff is very friendly. I felt very comfortable and at ease. They went above and beyond for me.

I loved it there. The staff are friendly and everybody was real nice.

The staff was polite and courteus, but i have no insurance or $ saved for medical expenses and my son's wisdom teeth are coming in and hes in a lot of pain. The website advertises easy payment plans, however i was denied a payment plan due to my credit rating. After the exam and exrays ( which they did for free) they quoted 10,000 worth of dental work but theres no way i can finance it. The website should explain that bad credit need not apply.

Very courteous people, the doctor did an amazing job with a tooth extraction. My negative review is because of the way they treated my friend.

There are a lot of nice things about this dentist, but the biggest reason I gave them a poor rating was because they felt more like a business trying to get the most money out of me and my insurance company rather than trying to take care of my teeth. After discussing my treatment options I was told I wouldn’t ever be able to get the basic cleaning every 6 months, but instead a much pricier one at least 3 times a year, that insurance did not fully cover. They wanted me to spend hundreds of my own money, plus hundreds more from insurance every year for the rest of my life because they wouldn’t give me the basic cleaning. Even after expressing my problems with this I was met with sales techniques trying to sell it to me. They also immediately jumped to multiple prescription mouth washes which of course you can only get there. The whole thing felt like a racketeering job and I will not be going back. I have healthy teeth that I get cleaned and taken care of, this was not necessary. The good things about this place: it’s clean, friendly staff, professional and seemed very new and updated. While they did seem knowledgeable (and I do have a minor repair I need, it is nothing like what they were trying to sell to me), unfortunately it felt too much like a business pitch they were selling.

Do not do business with this office. The hygienist did a terrible job. The Periodontal maintenance procedure that should have taken an hour was done in less than 20 minute. $271 for 20 minutes. Stay away they do not care about their customers

This place absolutely blows. Their dates are off, they are late and definitely very corporately ran. In any way possible, they will try to milk you for any money you have. It took them sending my my crown to even have it fitted properly. Due to this set back, it’s been over six months (hardly) and I won’t be able to continue with the treatment plan that I have sitting right in front of my face.

First positive experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. I was so stressed out about having 3 extractions with only Novocain. I cannot stress how amazing Dr. McCaully is. I felt no pain at all and actually had to ask her if the teeth were out! She is so gentle and caring and Sarah was her assistant and she was just as wonderful. It was a very pleasant trip to the dentist!

Wow! What a wonderful staff! I had a very nice experience at this Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in the door the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and the equipment is all state of the art, including a 3-D scan of your teeth. I am considering becoming a dental lab tech and happened to ask the dental assistant about it. She not only mentioned it to the lab tech working there, but asked the office manager to speak with me about it after my check up. The office manager was extremely kind and helpful! She told me all she could about lab tech work and even took the time to bring me back and show me the lab! Just goes to show - this group goes above and beyond to make the visit to the dentist as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Came in for an exam after never having been to the dentist for almost 30 years.
The staff was very friendly and helpful they explained my options to me and the costs.
I just left there today having my teeth cleaned and my wisdom teeth pulled. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time and they gave me loads of information and stuff for my recovery and my future dental health. I look forward to seeing them again in the future.
These guys are now my dentists and would highly recommend to anyone

So far so good here after two appointments. Initial exam had some hiccups with X-Rays and I had some concerns with the way the tech used the same gloved hand to fidget with the cord being dragged on the floor or to hit a button on the wall repeatedly (the same hand that happened to be touching the device that is being inserted in my mouth). Aside from that the hygienists have been great. Nora was awesome. 👍🏼👍🏼

I absolutely love this clinic! Everyone I’ve met thus far has made me feel so comfortable. They are all so nice and do such a great job, so efficient! The oral surgeon and his assistant are amazing!

scheduling skills are terrible....takes too long for appointment....just because there is a TV doesn't mean we don't know we're sitting in the chair for 30 minutes before being seen. Husband just had an appt to put crown on and took over an hour for a 10 min procedure. Frustrating. Considering to look elsewhere. Staff is nice and all but our time is valuable.

These people are thieves. I went for the first time and just needed deep cleaning. I have Medicare Humana Insurance. The dental office told me what the insurance will pay and what I would pay so I agreed. So, you would think that will be the end of it..........No. You find out you still owe more. My problem is I keep getting bills saying I owe all kinds of money. My insurance told me what I owe and I paid it. Still getting bills. I canceled my next appointment and won't go back. I will be going back to my Dentist I had before, that doesn't take my current insurance and pay out of pocket.

I have always been scared and nervous when having dental procedures. My wife needed some work first and I accompanied her to the office. Everyone was so kind and she achieved the dental result to her satisfaction. In my case, August 7, 2017, I needed a correction on my bottom teeth and I was aware that there was a cracked tooth and an infection below the gum line. After getting 2 other opinions for dentists in the area Mary and I sat down with Dr Rennie in the St Augusti

It was all good at first, but in the last month or 6 weeks it has been 1 aggravation after another and has really been making me have 2nd thoughts about coming back here to further any procedures I want done. Seems after they smile and be so nice, then have your money, you really become just a statistic on a sheet to quote Bob Segar. Well the next couple of appointments will be the tell-tale sign as to whether I will be returning. The staff is nice and some of them seem to c
