The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is extremely easy to use this facility. Ample carts are provided and there are two elevators.
I was told price increases were modest and occurred no more often than once a year, which helped me decide to rent at Atlantic Self Storage. The price went up by 40% eight months after I rented the unit. After contacting the facility about the rate hike my rate was reduced for a six-month period.
I recommend Atlantic Storage over other storage facilities.

We have had our unit at this location for approximately 5 years. This storage unit facility is very clean and the staff is very responsive to any email communication we have had back and forth. The parking is very limited, but works for the time we have had to go. Other than that, we have been happy with what we have and will continue to use this facility.

Just moved to Jax and blindly chose a storage facility....wow did I get lucky. The place is clean and lit up!!! But most of all the lady that helped us made me feel like my stuff is in great hands, awesome lady and facility. I am terrible with names duty I think her name is Dawn or Vanna!

I've been using this facility for 3 years now. Staff is always incredibly nice, helpful, and always clean. Even though there are other places closer, there is a reason I've stayed for so long.

I have used self storage before and it was always fine…. This experience was totally different…… I wasn’t sure what size unit I need. Your facility manager Chris Crum …. Is unbelievably….. he helped me in so many way… I was having a bad day and just his kindness and professionalism made everything better. The unit I got is fine and your manager Chris is a God send…. Have a lovely day:)

I’ve always used Atlantic Self Storage for all of my Storage needs. The people there are always friendly and very helpful of you finding the exact storage you need to fit your budget and needs. I will continue to use Atlantic as I already have along with my family 3 units and if I need more won’t hesitate to add another!

It’s nice to know how safe my belongings are at the Atlantic Self Storage near Nease HS. The customer service that I received, especially from Chris was top notch. After walking in and meeting Chris he made me feel extremely comfortable. I made a wonderful choice in storing my precious belongings with them. I do have a storage unit facility closer to me, but after walking in there to receive some information (pricing, etc.) Chris won me over. Thank you so much to Atlanta Self Storage and to Chris.

During the course of my move I was up to 5 units. Chris and Mike were so helpful making a difficult move stress-free as far as dealing with Atlantic Self Storage. They both are so helpful and set the standard for customer service. The building is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
