I would like to recognize the new manger Jacob for his honesty, his knowledge, his quickness at his job for him going above and beyond for not only myself but, I also witnessed him helping and very angry lady who just left a different AT&T store locally that gave her the run around all day. He assured her he would fix the problem not only did he know quickly what the issue was she was smiling and having an enjoyable experience she left smiling.This is important because it is exactly what happened to myself. I was inside another AT&T store locally not only was I ignored not once but twice in the same day they just sat there first time with no customers on their phones. Adults mind you..... Then was given false information just to try and get a sale.I called this AT&T store not knowing what to do about my problems at hand. When Jacob answered the phone he was pleasant and very knowledgeable and I felt like I finally found someone who knew what they were doing and knew what they were talking about.I let the staff at the "other" AT&T know where I was going and that they customer service had gone down the tubes. And that I didn't appreciate being lied to about the items I was there to purchase. A new iphone and new apple watch. Their loss and me finding a better AT&T LOCATION to go to and someone who actually enjoys their job. That was JACOB !He ordered what I wanted had it delivered to my address. Also, told me to come back and he would do all of the setup for me so I wouldn't have to stress about it. And that he did...........Jacob, I personally want to thank you for everything.. You were awesome and everyone there on 1/15/2024 was laughing and smiling and just enjoying their experience. Your customer service is on point.I hope this helps others and their search for a BETTER experience.Kim Bunnell

Donald, the Manager will work 1 on 1 with you, patiently assisting without high sales pressure! Best AT&T customer service, very knowledgeable. He is singlehandedly running the entire store with 100% highest level of service!Ask for Donald! Stop in! AAA+++

I came into this store recently to get set up with the new AT&T fiber internet. I was then greeted by Iverson who was so much help, he was very knowledgeable about what internet I needed, got me set up no problem!

I wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT today to the AT&T store in Cobblestone (Suite 102A). My phone wouldn't turn on so I drove to the Murabella store and they did a quick look and said i needed to file a claim and go to the store in Cobblestone. I accidentally went to the wrong location, but MITCHELL was very professional and asked what the problem was and asked to look at my phone. He was able to get it to turn on in 1 minute, which saved me time and money. The young lady that was with him was wonderful in helping as well. I wanted to say "THANK YOU " to this awesome team and I so appreciated their kindness and assistance!

My IPhone 11 was not showing my voicemails on my screen. I was getting them but wasn’t aware of it.After calling Apple tech- did not know how to fix it -then calling AT&T CS who tried fixing by resetting greeting. Yesterday 10/29/22 I visited my local store. They also did not know what the problem was. So on a whim I stopped at the St.Augustine Cobblestone location. Margaret and Deonte greeted me and asked how they could help. Within 20minutes they figured out the issue and had it fixed. It was a”miracle “! I had spent 1 HOUR earlier that day waiting in the Palatka store to be waited on ,to be told they had no idea what the problem was but maybe it had to do with the updates.. thank you so much, Margaret and Deonte you guys were aggravation STOPPers.

Went to T-Mobile to change our plan from AT&T. Employees at T Mobile royally messed our phones and we ended up with no service for 3 days. We finally went to AT&T in Cobblestone plaza and thankfully Margaret waited on us. She was friendly, patient and Extremely Knowledgeable! She got our service back and also we got a good AT&T plan. Cannot say enough good things about Margaret. Thank you Margaret
