Chris was AMAZING! We were traveling and experienced battery issues. Once we were jumped off we came straight here. He was very friendly and served our country. He offered great advice and sent us on our way. What a pleasurable experience in a bad situation. It was Fourth of July may I add. Great Guy Chris is!

Recently, my 6 y.o. car battery was ready for the grave, I mean, junk yard, so I drove to the nearest place which happened to be this fine store. Once there, I was greeted by a well- trained staff member who quickly began to remove and replace the battery with a new one. They were kind and efficient, and the price was right. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Dean was great! He helped us out with our dead car battery. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely come back to this store for our auto needs.

Rude, unhelpful old man in there. Does not really want to offer any help just tell you what they can't do not offer to help you not offered hand you a tool to try to do it yourself. Don't go in there if you're a woman and you need any assistance or help because they're all jerks in there.

They absolutely SUCK! Called ahead, and they said they had 3 batteries in stock. When I got there, they couldn't even find one. I went to Costco and purchased the same battery for $100.00 less. Like I said, they SUCK!

Our Subaru broke down right in front of the store on SR-16. Mike and the team came out, helped us push the car into the lot out of traffic on a very warm day. He then gave us a quick assessment of possibly issues to have the dealer chase down. This is my local store and I've shopped products here for all my families vehicles. The guys here go above and beyond. A++

I went there to get light bulbs for the interior of my suv then I remembered 3 other things the guy that helped me was AMAZING he changed the battery in my remote and fixed the fuse box cover I wish I could remember his name he deserves a lot of praise

Horrible customer service here tonight. I am a long time customer of Autozone and I am use to the employees asking me if I am a rewards customer when I check out. Tonight I made a purchase and told the cashier that I have my number to log my purchase and he responded very dismissively “It ain’t gonna matter, cause it’s under twenty dollars.” Then he took my number and said I had two credits. I completed the purchase and just to wanted to clarify if the purchase did not count towards points. He immediately cut me off and spoke even louder and annoyed and said “ it don’t count if it ain’t over twenty dollars!” Not sure who pissed in this guys coffee today but he needs to go stock the shelves in the back if customers annoy him. His attitude was nasty from the moment I walked in and I was the only person in the store. Autozone has always been a place where car people feel connected. Do better Autozone. This guy sucks!

I went by this AutoZone the other day and Mike and Dave were Top Notch. I was just going to buy some windshield wipers but after speaking to Mike he said he would check my battery since I thought it pretty corroded. Sure enough my battery needed changed out as well. I would have gone to Costco to save money, but the customer service was so outstanding. I really didn’t want to shop anywhere else. I ended up spending $300 on parts that day. But the value of having knowledgeable and kind people to help me was unbeatable! Thank you Dave and Mike!!
