Very well located hotel, ideal for those who want to enjoy the charming streets of Saint Augustine. Good, clean, equipped rooms with minibar. Good service, we were just sorry to arrive before check in and they didn't provide us with a bathroom to use, instead directing us to a nearby hotel to use the bathroom. Parking a little confusing, with no reserved spaces for the respective apartments. A sensational view and close to Castillo de San Marcos. I recommend it and would go back.

Clean room. Noise at night. Sounded like karaoke in the next room. Very disappointing "grab and go" breakfast. Pretty indifferent check in experience.

This motel is very clean and a perfect location to explore old St Augustine. The location is right in the middle of it. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend staying

For the price they charge, check in should be a little earlier. Even by just an hour would be nice. The parking is probably the worst I've ever seen and my neck has been hurting from the extremely painful and hard mattress. Service is nice though.

Rooms are very tiny! Clean and quaint. It was a little tight for a family of 4, but we only stayed one night to go see the lights. The staff were friendly, clean room, in the heart of all the fun!

Price/Performance is not meeting the bar. A day of stay costed us over $500 which only includes standard taxes/fees and 1 car parking. They could have shown some hospitality by allowing our car to stay on their lot for an additional 1.5 hours after checkout but not willing to do so which is within their right. Good part is, this required us to drive further into city to find a parking spot for 90 minutes and we discovered there are much better hotels around same price and close to the areas of interest. So if you are looking to find a hotel across the castle, you don't have to, find a good hotel and you easily walk to castle and see many other interesting spots in between.

Excellent hotel right in the middle of everything. Walk to St George St., Fort, Visitors Center. Pay for parking but you pay for parking everywhere in town. Clean comfortable rooms. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine. Looks newly renovated. Worth every penny.

Was given an unexpected upgrade and the room was perfectly located- especially for Night of Lights and doing tourist things. The shower temperature wasn't as hot as I'd normally like it or pressure, but it definitely wasn't bad enough to rate the hotel less. Walls are thin and you can hear the pub next door but that didn't bother us- just a heads up if that stuff does bother you.

The location is great because it’s within walking distance to everything and you can step out to the bay. The front desk lady was super sweet and helpful. However, the room smelled like a wet rug, the AC did not work. We called for someone to look at it. The AC is a wall unit and so loud and took 8 hours to cool. The signal for the TV kept going out. We were in room 229 which is the building closes to a bar restaurant on the south side of the property. You can feel the bass through the wall. The people in the next door unit were so drunk and slamming doors. The traffic noise from the roadway is loud all night. I was traveling with twin 8 year olds and the noise kept waking them all night. The bathroom door is farm style and doesn’t close. I let the front desk know of all the issues and they never offered to move us or compensate us. Thankfully we were there just one night.Nearby activities: There are tons of things to see and do within walking distance. We arrived and parked our vehicle and didn’t use it until we checked out. The trolly can pick you up in front of the hotel and takes you all over and the driver tells you all kinds of facts about the city.Walkability: We walked the entire area and did not take us long to get back to our room.Food & drinks: There is a great breakfast place on the south side of the property. You have to get there early because it is a tiny place and fills up quick.

Great location! I'll definitely stay again just for the perfect location - can walk to everything in the downtown section. Updated decor, clean room. Walls were a little thin, stay on the second floor or you'll hear your neighbor above's every move. And the bathroom door needs to shut. The farmhouse type door that doesn't actually close is not a good idea on a bathroom.
