I have never felt as ignored as I do every time I go inside with a written prescription. First, the drive through got immediate attention while I was waiting for someone to take my script. Finally, someone appears, takes my script and walks away. Another staff member walks up and asks about the script and I tell him she took it and walked away. He takes the script and walks away. They did fill it after I waited 30 minutes. I was in pain and bleeding while watching the pharmacist run the cash register. Solution is hire more people.

Jim the store manager at this location was extremely rude and dismissive. Upon attempting to return an item due to an allergic reaction to a lip balm, he was a manager on duty who was called by a cashier when I asked if there was anyway I could get a refund because I selected the "no receipt" option on self checkout that same morning I purchased the item. In asking about the return policy and the no receipt option on the self checkout, he was very short and dismissive. He could care less, acted like I was wasting his time and told me what was going to happen. I told him he was being rude and he told me I was rude. I asked where would it have said on the screen that in selecting the no receipt option would it tell me that I wouldn't be able to have an item refunded to my card or cash. He told me I forfeited that option when I hit no receipt. Upon the obvious escalation in conversation he continued to act like he could careless. I told him his attitude and customer service was poor in the way he was handling the situation and he told me my attitude is bad and kept going back and forth. I told him he could better handle the situation and I would be able to understand and wouldn't be so upset and he asked "well then how do you suggest I handle it?" I told him his customer service for one. The fact I had to tell him how to handle a customer was absolutely ridiculous. I come to this CVS location very frequently and know the cashiers by name. I will not be returning for as long as he remains the manager here and treats customers so terribly. It wasn't even about the refund anymore, it became even more about him being a manager and having such condescending behavior towards customers.

CVS is horrible, will never set foot in any of their stores again. Scheduled an appointment for vaccine and they rudely canceled and directed me to go to Walgreens.

pharmacist was really nice though I could tell he was really busy! he did all he could and tried to exhaust every avenue he could to help a guy over the phone that hasnt even filled a script at this location recently. A+ for effort! Listen to his call with me. He really tried and did not have to! This is the reason I shop and use CVS for my scripts! 10 stars!

This pharmacy can use better employee training/ better customer service. They have no respect for customers time. Before you wait for your refill for 30 to 45 minutes make sure they have your product in stock, Because they were not let you know it's not available until after you waited for 30 to 45 minutes.Very very very unprofessional and rude. If I could give less than one star I would have.

I visited this CVS today to drop off a camera to have the film developed. Barbara greeted me immediately and was very helpful in this matter. Afterwards, I shopped a few minutes and checked out, again with Barbara. Getting to my car, I couldn't find my keys. I walk back inside in desperate search! Barbara, again! Long story short, she allowed me to use store phone to call PopALock and get assistance, and gave me phone when they returned my call on store number. Very friendly and helpful!! Thanks Barb for all your help in getting me help! Very much appreciated :)

I wish I could give zero stars. The lady there last night was SO rude, laughed at my questions like I was an idiot, no greeting barely responsive and unfriendly is an understatement. I almost want to take all the stuff I bought back just because of how badly I was treated. When I went to check out, I brought to her attention and trying to be nice a loaf of bread someone tore a hole in and made go stale that was on the shelf, and no acknowledgement no thank you or any hint of appreciation at all, then she scanned my card didn't hand it back to me but instead set it on the counter away from me and just started scanning stuff. When I was done she said nothing again, no thank you or have a nice day literally nothing as I walked out, and the best part? When I got home to find she'd dumped my cheezit bag I'd been snacking on while shopping but made sure to pay for at the end upside down in a giant bag with a bunch of other stuff so there were tons of cheezits sitting in the bottom of my grocery bag. She SHOULD have handed the opened bag back to me. She also said she had a code for the water twice but then rudely told me I need to get it out of the cart and put it on the counter. The time before when I shopped there it was almost midnight on Saturday when the sales change in like 20 minutes and she wouldn't let me see the ad for after midnight she told me I have to wait till midnight. Are you kidding me. SHE IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON EVER!!! I will be avoiding overpriced and degrading CVS at all costs.

The pharmacist Mo does not care about any patient. He promised they would transfer my medicine before 6pm since it's 12/23 & they are the ONLY pharmacy with 100 miles who has it in stock. So I drove from Jacksonville to St.Aug bc my milk is coming in & I'm a lot of pain. I get here at 6:22pm and he says oh sorry they closed at 6. I reply "I know. I told you that & you said to come on over when I called you at 5pm." The pharmacist Mo shrugs and says oh well. No apology. No care. Complete cold rudeness. So now I'm suppose to bare through it until 12/26? Unbelievable!!! These corporate "pharmacies" are the WORST!!!! I wish there were more small company options.
