We have been trying to get a storage unit here since before Christmas. They are rarely in the office and when you call the number listed for "out of office," no one answers or calls back.

A Lovely experience! I had come up the day prior to reserve a unit and I found a note to call Riley while they were out. The young lady called me back quickly and we scheduled to move in the next day. No hassle and no hidden fees, everything was up front. Very happy.

Thank you Riley for calling me back about the storage unit I needed. She asked when I was coming and I told her in an hour. She had the unit ready and open for viewing, all the paperwork was ready and executed smoothly. I was unloading my "junk" within hours. Clean and dry.
