Was a great experience! My husband and I were walk-in appointments for routine bloodwork. We were in and out in 20 minutes and the techs were very nice and efficient.

Your appointments are so far out to even schedule an appointment and the Walk Ins are treated like an inconvenience and long wait times.

Don't bother going to this place. They don't take walk-ins. However, they are 2-3 months out for appointments. We went there and they wouldn't even talk to us. No one picks up the phone. Calls go to an automated message board so you can't ever speak to anyone. We decided to go to UF Health on SR 312 in St Augustine. We registered and were seen and drawn within 15 minutes. The only drawback at UF is they don't accept HMOs. Otherwise, they were wonderful.

Horrible. The system is never working or they don't have any appointments open. Awful

The phone and website say no appointment needed. We arrived to find out no walk ins allowed. Great customer service. Next appointment isn’t til next month

NOT ACCEPTING WALK INs! No where mention online they aren’t talking walk in. Can’t get a morning appointment or really any appointment until 2-3 months out. Get there first thing at 7am to find out no walk in. Now what? Can’t talk to anyone. Had my labs sent here so can’t just go anywhere. Absolutely livid that my insurance forces me to use such an awful company when there are such better labs around that have people you can work with. Maybe I’m tired, hungry, and frustrated I got up 2 hours before work for nothing but why do we put cost savings so much higher above care especially in health care?

The technician was rude, I brought my mom today for blood work, and she have dementia, at soon she saw us her face change, She ask me if my mom drink a lot a water before came to the lab, I told her no, She told me than she wasn’t going to spend have hour like the last time, she try both hands, and then told me , I can’t , next time drink water and take her to the hospital , mentioned other labs, in other words don’t bring her here anymore, How are you going to force a person with dementia to drink water if she doesnt want it. If you are having a rough day, don’t take it with your patients, if you are ready for retired take it in consideration, because nobody has to be treat it like that, when you don’t know how hard I work everyday to take care of her, and keep her health the best than I can.

The nurses or whatever they call themselves are extremely rude. I would never get lab work done here!

In the waiting area, the line moved quickly for me without an appointment. The technician was pleasant and efficient.

Showed up for an appointment at 10 am. Lots of messaging about how you can wait where you're comfortable. 20 other people waiting, mostly standing because there are only a few chairs. Waited WAYYY past my scheduled appointment time. Maybe go somewhere else unless you like standing for an hour and waiting long past your appointment time.

Worst experience. Don’t go here. The techs have no urgency, don’t mind a group of people waiting an hour to get a simple blood test. They have no appointments either. I wasted half a day here

I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else but here for lab work! Even if you don't schedule an appointment, you are in & out with very minimal waiting. But it's the techs who keep me returning! They are caring, friendly & extremely efficient! Rarely do I feel more than a very tiny pinch of them inserting the needle!
