Woke up this morning not being able to swallow or talk ended up with strept.. I went in around 9 am and earliest apt on the screen was showing not until 3. Seeing the pain I was in the lady had a moment to take me in literally 5 min after I made the apt ! Much appreciation. I’m literally placing this comment at 145 so I would have still been waiting and miserable if it wasn’t for her ! I hope you see this and please know again how much I am greatful for you.

I came here on a Sunday and they don’t accepted walkins. Even though it says the website it says it does. Nobody helped me here. This worst service ever and I am never going back to this minute clinic again. Instead go to the urgent care.

SCAM ALERT! This place charged me $408 for a covid and flu test. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND THEY ABBRASIVE DO NOT GO HERE.

Nothing here takes a minute. I don’t think they understand the urgent care concept. There’s no human to talk to and you can’t walk in. I don’t understand why this even exists.

Terrible assistant today by the person there, say walk in clinic by she says need appointment!?, we also call and they say no need appointment ! ?? Very disappointed

We called to get my Father in for a visit and were told we could just walk in without an appointment. That was not the case. When we got there the place was dead and they had a kiosk you had to sign into to get an appointment. Nobody helped us and the lady in the office that saw us peeked out and then closed her door. Why stay open til 7:30 if you're not going to be taking patients who were told could have a walk in visit?CVS strikes again.

My family and I have used this location multiple times and have always had compassionate care. When we had an appointment the wait was usually short. The provider is usually a Nurse Practitioner, so what they are allowed to prescribe is limited, but we have never been disappointed with the service. It is worth it to be able to be seen and get answers about simple health issues at odd hours or on the weekend.

My wonderful doctor Marcie Ambrose was brilliant! I am now pain free had a infected cyst! She was gentle .. And sweet and caring! God bless her and I thank her ! Highly recommend cvs minute clinic in st augustine

So- if you are a walk in, they stop taking walk ins an hour before close (even if there’s no more appointments or people) and even if an appointment doesn’t show they still won’t take walk ins! .

Don’t waste your time getting COVID-19 tested with CVS! I’ve been waiting for 10 days for my results and nothing! If you try to call them it is almost impossible to talk to a human. When I kept pressing “0” I was able to talk to someone who told me they could not follow up with the lab until it has been over 10 days since my test.This was a total waste of time!

So I went to here for my lip being swollen and she says it’s infected may be a bite,or a infected pimple,she wasn’t sure wrote me a prescription for antibiotics.I was there for a minimum of 10 min and a max of 15 minutes for her to tell me that and then charged 139$.That is insane.
