I recently made an online purchase to pick up in the store. Unfortunately, there was an accidental mix-up and I was unable to get my order completed. Both Tammy and Shawna were extremely apologetic and worked hard to fix the error. I also work in retail and understand that things like this occasionally happened. It's how it is resolved that matters most. I am thankful for their professionalism and quickness in resolving the issue. I was able to get my products completed the by next day. I will gladly continue to shop at this sally's.

The 2 employees, Vivian and Fae, are both so helpful and friendly. They’re knowledgeable of their inventory, making recommendations based on personal experience and market trends. I look forward to seeing them every time I have a hair care need. I wasn’t able to pick up a recent online order, so Vivian called to check in and let me know what the procedure would be moving forward. Awesome customer service.

The Sally's in St Augustine has very rude manager. She was rude to me and very aggressive personality I will be reporting her to the store home office

I recently purchased a BaByliss shaver $54.00 form Sally’s. After about two weeks it stopped working. I went back to the store for an exchange only to be told no exchanges or refunds on this type of product as stated on my receipt, which you don’t see until you make a purchase. They basically said see you call the manufacturer. So I called the manufacturer. They told me to send it back (shipping cost $14 dollars) then send another $15.95 or so for return shipment. So its going to cost me $30 to send back a $54 shaver $30+&54 =$84 bucks to replace a defective shaver of only two weeks old. What a poor way to runs a business. If you’re in the mood to be treated poorly by employees and ripped off by both Sally’s and a manufacturer then be for warned. I highly don’t recommend this company.

Bottom of the barrel. Sales people will give advice as though they know what they’re talking about. Hair disasters people. After 20 years of being a customer in 2 states, I’m done.

Would give no stars if I could. Poor/rude management. When you call, the manager purposely ignores your calls. What place does that to LOYAL customers who have shopped at Sally’s for years????? Will not be returning or buying from this company ever again

I already went in knowing exactly what I needed and was very pleased to find it was all there. And when I did ask for a recommendation on a item. The team there was more than happy to give great advice. Sally's is always a great place for me when I'm looking to change my look.

I finally removed my acrylic nails and of course I've completely ruined my natural nails. I keep saying I won't go back to acrylic nails, but I always do. So even though my nails look like the crypt keeper and they're breaking and brittle and I'm in sally looking for some kind of miracle in a bottle to fix them I know in 3 months I'll be back at the salon getting a new set. Until that day comes I need help. Serious help. As I'm looking at all the bottles in the nail section completely confused a nice sales associate walked over to ask if she could help me. Immediately I show her my nails and say I had my acrylics removed and without missing a beat she hands me 2 bottles. Nail life: nail revitalized and Starting over: After artificial and gel. She explained how to use them and asked if I had any questions or needed anything else. I got some conditioner and she walked me to register to pay. At the register they had a bunch of products on clearance so I got a really pretty OPI polish half off!! All in all it was a quick and easy trip. I got exactly what I needed and the sales associate was so pleasant and professional!

Used to love this store. Maybe they are shorthanded. Just felt like I was a problem for the cashier. Maybe she needs help or to be more friendly . I spent almost $100 but I was also informed that I was to carry out my items or pay for a paper bag. Your selling me chemicals but you won't give me a bag. Very disappointed if this is sally's new policy. Will think twice before returning
