I arrived for a quick lunch at 12:30 PM on a weekday. I was told by the associate that she was the only person working and that she was backed up on online orders and it would be a while before she was able to assist me.

Order two subs with veggie patties online. Got a call from the store that they are out of veggie patties. We didn't want any other replacement. We asked to cancel the order, for which they told they will.Couldn't see the refund even after 2 weeks. Called in again to ask if they really canceled the order or not. Manager asked us to raise a dispute on the Credit card. So ridiculous that we have to do these extra steps to get our money back for the service which was not rendered. Manager didn't seem to be accountable at all. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THIS FRANCHISE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.

If I can give zero stars I would they don’t even deserve a one star, I always ask for workers to change gloves , one reason is cross contamination with things , people have allergic reaction to different things , well I ask the young boy to change his gloves he act like that was a problem , he proceed to change his gloves and didn’t properly wash his hands instead he wipe his hands on his shirt and then proceeded to put the gloves on that should have been my red flag , instead I continue to let him fix the sandwich , When he got to the meat I proceeded to let him know that was enough meat on the sandwich, he then stated he know , rude workers and don’t do anything properly to keep they hands clean and the restaurant clean corporate needs to definitely visit them and sit back and review the workers horrible they need training all over again.

The kids working there were on their phones, telling jokes and not paying attention to the customers in the store. The subs I ordered, which I found out when I got home, were completely backwards. The condiments I ordered for the first sub were all on the 2nd sub, and the 2nd sub had what was supposed to be on 1st. Ruined my dinner, and this was not the 1st time this happened. I will never return to this Subway, or probably any other one. Who's running/overseeing this company?!?! And, if they made their subs even remotely close to the subs on the commercials I might excuse a couple of the mistakes. FALSE ADVERTISING, SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.

Always very slow service even when there's no on else in here. The young employees do not want to work. This place gives very less meat as well. I don't recommend this subway location.

Extremely clean and quick service even with a weekend rush. Workers were very nice! Our food was made exactly as we ordered.

ZERO STARS. In order to post at least on must be selected. Paid for an order online, this morning. Went to pick it up and there was no order. Mgr and staff said it must have gone to another store. Staff was provided proof showing their store and payment made, not going to honor the order. Walked over to Vystar to verify the charge, teller provided a receipt which was provided to the staff, no subs. Submitted a complaint to their corporate office and they apologized for the online ordering experience. Completely tone-deaf. Not at all what our complaint was about. Shame on us for continuing to order from this location and tolerating poor customer service (being given other customers orders, long waits, phone is taken off the hook so you can't contact anyone at the store, directly). Not surprising. When your management doesn't give a damn why should their staff.

Used to love Subway but this store puts less meat in their trays like steak and chicken than every other subway I've been to as well as there coupon acceptance is inconsistent or they don't know how to enter them, one day they take a coupon then another they will say we don't accept this try another store and charge you full price when all the coupons came from the same page for this local subway. Clean up your act subway or don't I'm done going to this one for sure! Btw as a side note Most subways give a small military/vet discount this one does not (Not a deal breaker I don't expect any handouts for my service but when available its a nice gesture from a business).

They got rid of Spicy Brown mustard. That was the best condiment for a sub.

Online order was ready by the time it said and the dudes working seemed nice, but both sandwich had none of the condiments we wanted on them. :( Two sad, dry sandwiches.
