I stayed at the Hollander for work, but after my experience I will always stay here for leisure, too. The atmosphere is top notch. I've never felt so comfortable at a hotel. The boutique style of the rooms and the rest of the hotel was perfect. We ate several meals at the hotel, trying many dishes, and we were all amazed at how delicious all of them were. The coffee and pastries/desserts sold in the little shop off the Tap Room were great. We really enjoyed our server Vince at the outside bar. He was one of the best bartenders/servers I've ever had. AK was equally as phenomenal. I cannot wait to visit when it's not for business so I can enjoy the hotel even more.

Loved this place! Lost home in Hurricane Helena so needed to find a nice quiet getaway close to home. They did not disappoint! Upgraded me to a pool view with patio and no extra charge. Staff was very accommodating and they are pet friendly!
Rooms: Spacious room with king size bed and pool view with patio.
Safety: Felt very comfortable walking around the property and to and from work.
Walkability: Close to downtown St. Petersburg and Beach Drive

After being displaced by hurricane for about a week we found a room here and really enjoyed our stay until I inquired about a late check out. We had a home inspection scheduled at noon and I explained the situation to the front desk. The woman working the desk had no empathy and only offered an extra 30 minutes to their noon checkout time. I just needed an extra hour max (until 1pm) but the woman was just unwilling to accommodate after we stayed there for 3 nights. The kicker is that she said they had plenty of availability that next night (Sunday) so I was extremely disappointed that she would not give me until 1pm to checkout. So we are just packing our bags, checking out and if we need another room we will happily take our business elsewhere. We were also regular customers at the restaurant the last several years and I was also going to look at the wedding venue for my son here but if that’s the attitude and stance they take on locals who have fallen on hard times, then I would not want to engage in an important event such as a wedding and future business. Do better HH.

This place is the BEST! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and the beds and pillows so soft and sleep inducing. Best of all are the staff - so nice and helpful. We had a WONDERFUL experience!

Wow what an amazing experience. Kevin at the front dest was so nice, helpful and hospitable during a tough time. The best. Then the bar, Taylor and Langdon (sorry if i spelled that wrong) were also so warm, welcoming, and great at their jobs. True St Pete legends all of you and everyone at The Hollander. Excellent staff and management! We came here for some solace after the hurricanes and they went above and beyond. We’re locals and this has always been one of our favorite places to come for the pool bar and restaurant. We send all of our out of town friends and fam here. Cannot say enough about the team and location. Love the Hollander.

This hotel has SO MUCH CHARACTER! You can see and feel the history in the building. Service was extremely friendly, complimentary bottled water and postcards as soon as you check in, wonderful front patio area, comfortable and charming lobby, stunning pool and bar area! Coffee bar, restaurant, craft brews, and pool/bar area. Although the rooms were charming and gave a “boutique hotel” vibe, a little smaller than we would have liked, but we will certainly be back!

I dont leave reviews very often but this was such a nice hotel, super impressed with the food and the staff was great too They have a breakfast and dinner menu, everything I had tasted fresh, the menu prices are affordable and they have a lot of specials. The owner I met, he is a very friendly guy, along with the wait staff. Jeff was super friendly at the front desk too checking in. Thanks to the guys at the hollander for a great stay, will be back again. ?

Went here for the pool party on a Sunday with my good friend. Sadly my phone stopped working so I lost all of the stellar pics. The rooms are nice, food tasty, drinks proper and service excellent. The pool party with DJ was well worth it

Rooms: The room was clean, and amenities were provided (i.e., coffee, fridge, microwave). We were impressed by the aesthetic. The only complaint was that we were next to a common area with a television and could hear everything out there.

Spent Sunday 9/22 at the Hollander Boutique Hotel to catch a Warren Haynes Band Concert at the Mafahey Theater about a mile down the road next to The Salvador Dali Museum in Downtown St Petersburg FL. The Hollander was Established in 1933 and features a Pool Bar, and a full Restaurant "The Tap Room" just off the hotels lobby entrance. Room was Clean and Comfortable with a big King bed, free parking was available on site, and there was an Ice Machine just down the hallway past the elevator. There's even a Hair Salon located within the Spa for the ladies. Plenty of interesting places to explore on foot from the hotel property or a quick Uber ride to downtown.
