Sherrie was very thorough and responsive to our specific situations, and I liked the different options for a mattress and base. Interesting concept with the air cell under foam. Liked ability to independently adjust with a split King.

Unfortunately for sleep number my review is not based on having used one of their mattresses it's based on their irritating commercials......The woman in the commercial is an arrogant narcissist and just overall annoying to listen to...Unfortunately I wouldn't buy your mattress because of this I will not support a company that supports this kind of an attitude...Sorry

It was a great experience Sherrie Phalor was very knowledgeable of the product very helpful even though it was time for her to get off. We didn’t feel like she was rushing us out. It was just a Pleasant experience !

I just bought a brand new bed from St Pete, FL, location and I am having nothing but problems with this store & the bed.. I asked to speak to their supervisor & the rep who sold me the bed told me they were not allowed to give out that information and that she would have this manager call me back which was kind of strange to me.. I mean what's the big secret?Anyhow, I can't get my bed to stay online to work with the SleepIQ app which works with your wifi & blue tooth on your cellphone only... If the bed is not connected, you will only be able to control the air pumps, It will not keep track of your SleepIQ numbers if the bed is offline.. You would think that the people selling these smart beds would know how to run the app but I was wrong you have to call a customer service number which has been a complete nightmare. Here I sit Day 6 and & the bed is not connected to the Sleep#IQ app which means I can't access any of my sleeping data which is a big problem..That was one of the main reasons why I bought a Sleep Number Smart bed was to track my data and get the bed on the correct settings since I have a very bad back. I have tried calling SpectrumCable to try to turn off the 5g and turn on the 2.4g but for some odd reason my smart bed keeps on disconnecting and no one seems to want to help...**** Just for the record - All sleep numbers beds except the Climate control ones can only run on 2.4g, not 5g wifi networks - which makes zero sense to me ****My Delivery experience: The Sleep Number foreign delivery guys were a complete joke who did the installation. These so-called Sleep Technicians that delivered my bed spent no more than 2 minutes with me on the SleepIQ app and how it works.. They never mentioned what if the bed goes off line what you do or who to call or anything.. Actually, they were too busy going through their Facebook accounts during the installation and flipping through their pictures which were very unprofessional.. *** This takes the cake - these so-called Sleep Number Technician / Delivery dudes asked me if I lived in my house alone, REALLY - COM ON ***PLAIN AND SIMPLE- I have had nothing but bad service all the way around from top to bottom so far! I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this sleep number store in ST Pete, FL..

Associate was very friendly and helpful . We asked about a faux throw blanket and was told we could not buy it due to not being in system. I am not sure I understand that due to being in retail store management?//

Searched and tested all the different mattresses out there. Had my mind set on the Purple. Drove past Sleep Number on the way home thought I’d try it out. Was blown away. Actually felt my pressure points disappear. Most comfortable mattress out there in my opinion. If the bed doesn’t sell itself ask for Mary Jane. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, just a pleasure to deal with!!

Great service I don't make big purchases like this online don't be a fool go there and test them out the people are awesome and they will give you any information you need and some you won't think of I had Great service and because of the information I got from them I not only got a amazing bed but I spent less than I thought I was going to after just looking online so just do it ????
