My experience with this management company has been unsatisfactory. I paid a security deposit of $1,500 to secure the rental of the property. However, I was later informed that the rent would be $200 higher than the initially agreed-upon amount. Due to this unexpected change in terms, I decided to cancel and requested an immediate refund of my deposit.
To date, I have not received the corresponding refund, which I consider a lack of professionalism and seriousness. It is concerning that, despite having canceled the process due to a change in terms by the management company, my money has not been returned promptly.
I am sharing this experience to warn future prospective tenants and encourage greater responsibility in handling deposits and initial agreements.

I'm in need to find a place to rent or buy. One of the brokers were supposed to contact me to make an appointment to see a place on Saturday. Have not gotten any kind of response.

Living area was nice. Kitchen was small and outdated. Bathrooms were less than adequate. The toilets and sinks were very low. I had dried blood on my bedroom sheets. There were no parking passes which they told us were required. Our lock to enter the unit stopped working and the repairman was supposed to be there by 1:30 and didn't arrive until 4:30. I would not want to stay here in this partucular unit again.
