Absolutely terrible experience - employees, particularly Jeff - are rude and will talk to your children without an adult present. For no extra charge the head trainer will be pedantic and aggressive to your spouse. Embarrassment to the community!

If you make a complaint they try to make an excuse or tell you they will notate the complaint but no action is ever done.

I strongly deter anyone from sending your child to the before or after care programs on site at the elementary schools. More specifically, Douglas Jamerson.
