Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND taking your ford to murray superstore what so ever. Nor do i recommend to do any sort of business with them, save your time and money. For starters i have a 2018 ford mustang ecoboost which my head gaskets blew and my personal mechanic confidently did the motor swap at his automotive shop. After the motor swap was complete we had issues getting it to fully crank. With that being said i decided to take my mustang to murray ford for service as i explained the situation to them, they told me they'd be happy to help. December 8th i towed them my mustang. They told me compression in the motor was good, changed a few sensors, still weren't quite sure what the issue was. Sure no problem, fast forward a few weeks later i've called a few times with a promised call back, never got them. Finally get a hold of my advisor Cary and he once again tells me the tech has no answers. Wait another 2 weeks, now a month and a half later, still no answers so i'm getting frustrated. Now another week goes by and i'm finally being told they ran a few small tests (which i'm knowledgeable enough to know don't take much time) and they still aren't able to figure it out. Cary then tells me they recommend i take my ford somewhere they have more time and capability to work on my FORD rather than a ford dealership? That being said i asked what they are expecting me to pay... he states they have a set diagnostic fee which he knocked down as they didn't have an answer. He told me $352 for an "i don't know" diagnostic. I then asked for them to have every bit of paperwork prepared for me when i come to pick up my mustang. Meaning every test that was run, the sensors i was told they replaced, any work they had performed on my vehicle is required to be on record. He then states he has no record for me but he could type up an invoice the day of pick up. All in all, these people do nothing but waste your time, try to take your money, and have no idea what their doing. I took my ford right back to my "backyard mechanic" and within seconds of hearing the motor try to turn over he then told me the compression in the motor is bad. Keep in mind ford told me they tested for compression and it was good, but they have no proof of it or record of the rest they ran. Safe to say these people didn't touch my car nor run any of the tests they claimed to run. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Once i asked for the reports of all the work performed on my vehicle, which they claim to be 14+ hours, cary then got frustrated and told me to just come get my keys and car out of their way i don't have to pay the diagnostic fee anymore.. all in all this place is terrible. Not to mention i took them my car with no lights on the dash what so ever, and yes i heard the motor run before it was ever placed into my car it's a motor with 20,000 miles on it. They brought my car back with a check engine light on. Such a waste of a dealership.

Took my truck here to get some warranty work done with a 3rd party warranty company. They did not like the fact they had to deal with them. I called an asked if my truck was done they told me YES so I went to pick it up and then they tell me I can't have it yet because the warranty company hasn't payed the last half of the bill. After all that I finally get my truck back and there is rat droppings everywhere inside. DONT EVER take your car or truck here to get worked on.

Warning!!! JD is the worst and most rude person I have EVER encountered in a customer service position. His attitude is something that you would see on a viral video of a delusional Karen flipping out! I don't see how he even is allowed to work in a customer service position. I have never experienced anything like today. WOW is all I can say. My husband and I bought two new trucks at the starke dealership, in the same day. We were treated like absolute trash. We will never make that mistake again. Everyone else is very nice and professional with the exception of JD. I have never been treated so badly. We basically spent 160,000 at their establishment. He made us feel like we are wasting our time. We bought the platinum extended warranty with our trucks and feel like it was a damn mistake. We couldn't even have a conversation about an issue we've had without feeling super unwelcome and accused. I can continue for days but I know no result will come. Super wack to sum it up. DONT GO AND MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID. Avoid JD at all costs....

I recommend you don't visit or shop at this dealership, I contacted sales to schedule an appointment for viewing of a almost new 2023 Ford Mustang Mach 1, i asked the sales person to have the car cleaned and place it in a shaded area so i can view the car because its 99 degrees outside, 2 hours later I arrived to the dealership and they tell me my sales person is busy with other customers totally disregarding my appointment, then he finally comes outside so i can view and test drive the car and the car is dirty and is out in the 99 degree hot sun, which makes it hard to view the car, after i used a rag to clean the hood a little bit, i can see numerous scratches and paint touch up on the car, this car has 18 miles and almost new and it's already got numerous issues, my guess is they intentionally left it dirty and outside in the glaring hot sun so I might be stupid enough not to rub off the dirt and see the numerous issues on the paint of the car. I then asked the sales person to have the car moved under the building in the shade and have someone clean the dirt off so I can see all the issues on the paint, but he totally refused and now tells me he is busy and has other customers and leaves, than I raise the concerns with the sales manager and he acts very threatening and rude, almost acts like he wants to get in my face and start a fight with me because I raise concerns about the condition of the car and the horrible sales treatment after I drove almost an hour out of my way to shop at this horrible dealership. I finally decided to leave since they were acting threatening and rude, but I want to share this experience with everyone that might be thinking about shopping here.

Arrived on the lot. The sales person was attentive and patient, motivated and knowledgeable. The purchase of the vehicle was headache free and relaxing. The staff at the dealership were busy but friendly. Great place to buy your next Ford. They are flexible and accommodating with reasonable prices.

It was a long visit, but worth it. Found the vehicle we wanted, and they took their time with us to explain every detail. Thanks.

I'm writing this for the next person that works hard for their money. I know it's a tough economy and they can't get trucks, I'm thinking that's why they'd stoop so low to rip people off for service. I took my truck in with an oil leak, I was told it was the oil pan gasket and that it'd be $1550 to replace it, which is about $7-800 more than the high price for this service. I got my keys back without having them replace it. Drove home took off the oil pan guard and checked the oil plug, it was leak straight tour of the oil plug. I replaced the oil plug and now no leak for over a month. Either they didn't even look or they just figured they could rip me off, shameless. I won't be back to buy that new f350 or even get a part or service from them.
