Brought wedding and engagement set to re-rodium. I called ahead to see if it was ready and was told yes. Got to the store and the wedding band has a lump on the inner band. No one checked before to make sure it was done correctly and thought I was stupid not to inspect. No apologies. They just had me wait so they could fix it. Not again. Then when I asked to check the diamonds, she responded, Jared is a reputable store. Oh really!! If that is reputable then I prefer to do business with someone who is not. At least I know what I’m getting. Jared, you are a disappointment for reputable.

I have to say the in-store experience was amazing compared to the online experience. My jewelry sales assistant was David and he was phenomenal! David was very knowledgeable, understanding, and had a multitude of patience 💍 David went above and beyond helping me find the perfect item being transparent throughout every step. It was an amazing experience and definitely recommend this location. Plus, they have a jewelry repair/sizing on site so only waiting an hour versus 7 to 14 days was an absolute plus for me. 💞💍💞💎

My experience at Jared was exactly what I needed. I was greeted and attended to in a few min after walking in the door. Marcia took great care of me. She sold me the perfect necklace for my pendant and cleaned the silver chain I was wearing. I felt well taken care of.

It takes ALOT of work to take a design from your head, and turn it into the perfect real engagement ring. I can not imagine a better experience than what I had doing this project with David.
He communicated with me every step of the way, from picking the perfect diamond, explaining all the different ratings and clarity of the stones, helped with the digital drawings, proofs, wax molds and finally the perfect ring. It took 5 versions of the design before it was exactly what I wanted, and at no point was did I ever feel rushed, guilty about wanting more changes, or anything but the most important person in the store. I am so happy I #WentToJared!
I think they should consider changing the name from Jared to David, because he is the real MVP at this location.
