It's a beautiful shop. But it must take a lot of money to run it. I get it. My 2022 KTM SXF 350 stalls and hard to start after riding like 30 minutes. I changed stator, fuel pump, spark plugs, it was rebuilt, filters etc... I had a feeling it was electrical, maybe wiring harnass. I also bought kit to set the throttle position sensor. But I just made it worse when I played with it. So I decided to bite the bullet and take to WMR. Since they have to know KTMS. I told them I was messing with the TPI and if they could check that and that something seems electrical. I explained my issues. When I got there the guy that did the TPI video on YouTube took my bike, so I thought this is great. They said they need to do a leak down test. I asked how much those would be, they said an hour labor. They did seem annoyed when you ask how much things are. They called me and said clutch is slipping. I put new plates in a couple months ago but I'm an idiot so figured go for it. Asked how much they said $175 plus and hour labor. Then they called and said bike is ready, they test rode it and everything is great. $935. I had no idea where $935 came from. So I was naturally pretty angry when i picked the bike up. More like a jackass. I tried the bike for a little and did seems to run ok. But then I took it on an actual ride a couple weeks later and the worst part is I just pushed my bike 5 miles through the woods because of the same problem. I guess if you got money to burn and don't care how much things are, this shop is great. I mean it's a sick shop. I just wish I gave my $1000 to a local mechanic instead of flushing it down the toilet. Oh, and they say your battery is dead, do you want to buy a new one. Of course it's dead it sat there for weeks.

THANK YOU!!! Happiness is something that some people take for granted. My buddy was in deep depression and i knew what would pull him out. A KTM 1390 Super Duke!!! I haven’t seen his face light up like this in over 5 years. Thank you for having the knowledge of your product and knowing the history and origin of ktm. It is refreshing to have people out there that really know the product inside and out and not just selling wtvr. Thats what sold my friend into this and will be the reason for my future purchase. Also this is a very sharp looking, well organized store. Please visit them to experience this for yourselves.

WMR is the real deal! full race shop with state of the art equipment and factory trained technicians. The machine shop is spotless and service department is professional . I would highly recommend WMR Competition performance .

I recently had both the Tech Pack and Akropovic mapping installed on my Super Duke EVO. Both of these are software/computer related functions and, given WMR is about an hour away, I asked if I could wait even knowing the process might fight back a bit.
My initial interactions with WMR were somewhat stiff and lacked warmth. That all changed once I spent more time with them during this service visit. The service manager Paul could not have been more helpful and even took the time to include me in some of the process and show me how the KTM service tools are used to make changes.
WMR are helpful, knowledgable and they were a joy to work with. Thank You! Bill

Joe Brewster is awesome and a rarity in this industry! I own a bicycle shop in Denver and needed Husqvarna E-Bike parts that no one in Denver would/could help me with. Joe had everything to me within a week.
