I can’t express more on how pleased we are having our 5th wheel stored at Safe Harbor! Just knowing our investment is safe takes all the stress off of us. When we get contacted letting us know everything is fine after heavy storms in the area is such a tremendous relief. I’d like to throw a little praise at the manager of Safe Harbor Marylou , she is such a blessing. I’d like to tell you a little story of what happened to us just a few weeks ago. We are back in Michigan our homebase, and we just purchased a fifth wheel in Florida before coming back to Michigan and had left it there at Safe Harbor. I could not remember if I had left my gray tank open so water will escape from the dehumidifier. So I asked Marylou if she could possibly go out and check it, knowing that it was a big deal to ask. Without hesitation, she assured me she go out and check, and sure enough I had left it closed. She pulled a lever and out came the water. This could’ve been catastrophic. It could’ve flooded the whole RV and ruined the floors and everything. You can’t ask anymore from someone who takes such pride in her work And goes over and above, and I’m deeply thankful.

We currently have our camper van stored at Safe Harbor. From the start, it has been an excellent experience. The combination of security, amenities and personal service have been excellent. Marilou is easy to talk with, readily available and very sweet. We are thankful we ended up storing here and highly recommend this location for storing!

We have been tenants at Safe Harbor for about 5 years and have always been happy with the facilities. As for the manager Mary Lou, she is an absolute charm. She has always addressed our concerns with a clearly professional attitude. Yes fees have gone up but so has everything else and we are pleased with our storage space.

I have been storing my RV there pretty much since they opened. I have always been satisfied with the management and facility. The current manager Mary Lou has always been friendly, courteous and accommodating. The owners are lucky to have her. Yes, the cost keeps going up, but it seems everything else too. It’s a nice place with nice people.

We have been storing our motorhome at Safe Harbor for almost a year. Moved to this area from Ft Myers area. We were very happy to find Safe Harbor close to our home. There were not many undercover storage available & was pleased to get a spot. I have enjoyed dealing with management as they had to deal with some minor issues this past year. As for cost, we paid a $100 more in Ft Myers with 30 amp not 20 amp service. We will continue to use this facility until we sell our motorhome. Cheers & God Bless

New owners in 24, raised the rates, NO improvements. No 30 amp service available so you could work in your unit, water hose doesn’t have handle so can’t be used, went to wash wash station area on a Saturday morning only to find NO water. Love the location, facilities are nice but needs updated.
