Today I went to this branch and to my surprise I was assisted at the checkout by a lady, Francesca Muzzi Pavón.Their careful and patient attention made me feel very comfortable.At all times he was professional and gentle, resolving my doubts and resolving my concerns.Thank you, proud to have this banking entity.

Went in there asking for direct deposit form for our business account. No one including the manager could issue us a correct one, all their were referring to is a “chase bank policy” but why when we went to Aventura location of Chase Bank they were able to issue us EXACTLY what we needed??? Not that hand writing form that you gave us which was unacceptable!!!Manager, get to know your job and train your stuff better !

Well, i was at this Chase branch last week to pick up a paydoff credit card letter I ordered over the phone, when I was there they asked me to provide two identifications, so I gave them my driver license and passport, then manager said well the name on the fax isn't same, I said yes because I changed my first name 4 years ago, then she said you need to provide an active ID with your old name to be able to give the litter. My question is, is there any way I can have two active IDs with different names.??? ?

This place is the worst I have ever seen. I have been a Chase customer for a long time with multiple accounts, business and personal. I had them set up when I was in NY where the people in the branch knows me by name. This place in Sunny Isles Beach seems only has trainee on duty. Today there is no banker on duty. I need to get a notary done and was told I need appointment. I then asked to make an appoint and was told earliest availability is next week. Told me to go to UPS. I went Wells Fargo next door, they have someone who can do it right away, but they would only do it for people who have account there which make sense. I ended up driving to UPS and got it done for $10. Clearly, Chase at this location does not want to provide any "free" service for their customer. I will be closing all my Chase accounts and move them to other banks.

I set up an appointment a week in advance for the purposes of setting up a trust. I FLEW to Florida for this as I had planned to set up the account for my parents who currently live here and because I’m because I am the trustee. Before making arrangements the circumstances were explained and we were assured we would be able to set up the account. When we sat down with the banker she informed us that the account could not be set up because the lawyers were not at the bank to review the trust documents. The banker explained we could leave the trust documents and return to deposit the checks. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Will be picking a different bank.

I found a way to spend the time waiting for a rep. Scheduled for 12:30 waiting for 21 minutes and guess what, Daria is not here.They’ll laugh at you if you’ll come without appointment asking if someone’s maybe available. And when you come with appointment, they’d make you wait.Needless to say that the staff service is horrible. Stay away from here
