We had world class banking service today. The Manager displays true leadership and is aware of almost everything going on. He approached and greeted us like a boss. Ulga did the business as a true banking professional that we have rarely seen in the US. Hats off to you Team! Sunny Isles!?

The worst bank ever. First time I went there, there was a weird smell. Then second time atm wasn't working. Third time still the weirdest smell ever and slowest service. I love Td. Just not this one. Set them up with air fresheners. Seriously not even kidding.

Very unsatisfied, I waited for over an hour because I wanted to get some printouts from my account, Iryne was “helping” me. She literally was just trying to get rid of me, every question and request was rejected. She thinks too much of herself. They never help thoroughly here, but this time was way too much. I should have made a scene but instead I’m just leaving this review here and tomorrow will go to another location

We've come to open an account. waited 1 hour 30 minutes at the reception. I approached a Russian-speaking girl, asking her to do something about it and help us. as a result, she began to blame us for not making an appointment in advance, she was extremely negative and not polite. 0 stars, terrible service

Super bad service. I cam in signed up to open a new account was waiting more than 30 min another girl came in after 20 min signed up and she was taken after 5 min! This bank has no rules and regulations and very badly manager!!!

This is not convenient at all, TDBank… A cashier’s check is $8!! It takes a day to upgrade the account type to get the fees waived? No body here now to start the process? Not sure how to request that from mobile app or online site? Wow! The fun part is the manager has NO SAY in waiving that account. Obviously I have enough cash in my account to get the upgrade, and I got the cashiers check for free before (but for some reason they didn’t change the account type).
