This FedEx Office Print & Ship center has always been so helpful & kind with me. Today I opened by box of puzzles to start & there was no poster in the puzzle box. I can't do a puzzle without a poster because the boxes are too small. I called FedEx & he told me to come in & they will help me with this. Adrian whom I met with inside was very kind & he took a picture of the box and got me the larger size poster I needed to be able to start my puzzle. He gave me a great price & while I waited a few minutes, I was able to find a nice journal for my boss for our meeting notes. Please visit here, they are good people that actually care.

Josh, was there to assist as soon as I entered the store, even though he was assisting other customers & did a great job multitasking. He helped me immediately with my needs. Glad I came to this store.

The management at this location is very poor I would like her name so that I can reach out to corporate this is not a good look for fedex. I have been a customer here for years and I never had such an experience as with this young lady.

The assistant manager Teresa was extremely helpful. She greeted everyone that we'll walked in with a friendly smile. She helped me out with the services that I needed in a fast and efficient manner. I had to compliment her and say that she had excellent customer service.

They don’t know how to print staff are just not available

Needed to do a scan and print job. 1/3 machines was down, the lady in front of me took forever because she needed help, but employee was never to be found. When I get my turn, a line piles up behind me because the printer starts malfunctioning and printing on large sheets. Employee comes over to rush me, when I explain what I’m trying to do she says “she has two people yelling at her” to a gentleman who came up to ask a question while we were talking. She was witnessed shit talking to other employees about customers. Printing verification codes took 5 mins each, not my fault she didn’t help the lady ahead of me who actually struggled. She can’t handle talking to people and accuses them of yelling at her when just talking.

Customer service is horrible. For starters the employees arent allowed to disclose the price of printing services the manager has to tell you. Weird, but okay. Manager was extremely pushy and tried to charge extra every opportunity. Also made me feel uncomfortable by rushing me throughout the entire purchasing process. I eventually canceled, walked out and went to staples which charged me way less than 50% of what they were charging and the process was actually seamless. Definitely wasnt a warm or welcoming experience here. Save your time and money go to staples.

I paid to ship my package online. For what ever reason the stupid QR code wasn’t working…. The staff saw me trynna use the ship n go for a while and not once did they approach me to see if everything was okay.

The older lady there insisted I had to purchase a Fedex bag to make my A&F return even though my return was in its original packaging. I left without processing my return at this location. A&F customer service advised “I can 100% assure you that we don't endorse this and we always recommend customers to return using the same packaging they received as we know for a fact that FedEx does process returns packaged like this.” They suggested I try a different location. What a waste of time.

Terrible. the moment we walked into the store, we were treated poorly by Tonya. Did not ask if we needed help or assistance, instead she yelled at us to back away from the register and make the line. Monique began to help. As Monique stepped away, Tonya asked us rudely why we were standing around, and asked “what do want?” I was baffled, As I’ve never had any staff member from any company speak to me that way. I do not suggest coming here. Very bad treatment of Tonya
