The service was horrible, I would NEVER go back to that particular branch. A little bit of information about how deposits work would be very informative to customers before the aftermath. Don't even mention the Nonchalant demeanor!!!! It's sad!I wish you guys would STOP playing with my account after you've read the 1st review! ((This is the edited version because the website wouldn't allow me to do another one! So unprofessional...Yes it's OK, I'm unaffected. You can hold my checks until Jesus show up on earth to deal with people like you. Please stop making adjustments to my account.

I called my Regions branch on Wednesday 5/18/22 at 0915 located at 10001 W Oakland Park Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33351. I asked if they had a notary avaliable and the clerk said with a nasty tone do you have an account with us. I stated that I did. She then said again with a nasty tone what is this for. I stated that I needed and insurance settlement signed. She said ok so I went to my branch. When I arived there where two ladies working and I said hello I need a notary, again with a nasty tone the lady said what is it. I told her it was an insurance settlement. She said I'm not sure if we could do that. I told her you just need to verify that I signed it. Then the second lady chimed in and stated He never told me it was a lawsuit on the phone. Obviously they were not interested in helping me. So I gladly told them I will go some where else that is willing to help. So I went to the UPS store and spent 10.00 to get the form notarized. I do alot of business with this bank and I guess it's time to change all my direct deposits to a bank that wants my business.John SpadaroCarmine Spadaro

Worst banking service known to man. Bank closes earlier than posted time and opens later than posted time. They don't care about the customer, but wonder why no one wants to open an account
