Tallahassee Big Lots Store is very disorganized and messy. Prices are not all clear, especially with the "store closing" sales going on. Also, watch what your items ring up as when checking out. I was charged over $7 for a 24 pack of water that's labeled under $4 according to the sale sign. Didn't catch it as it rang up and guess what? All sales are final, no refunds now!! Also, clearanced Christmas items are not all ringing up at the correct discount prices. Buyer, beware!

Not necessarily the physical store itself but Big Lots inventory system/online system is absolutely terrible. It's trash! They let me order 2 different items, may be an hour a part for an online same day pick up just for neither item to be in stock as advertised. I had to call about my order because I was never going to get an update had I not called. Staff didn't know when the item would be in store. Now I'm having to wait a week or two just to receive my refund back. This shouldn't have never happened. Twice at that! I shouldn't have been able to place an order(s) for something that was never available. 1st time shopping with Big Lots and my experience was terrible. Never again.
