This credit union is a joke! I've been with this company for YEARS & they don't offer any help when it comes to their members. Even if you're a member that RARELY contacts them, they still could care less about your loyalty. No one within the office can assist you past general questions. I've called a few times to get help and get told new things each time. This is a money hungry company. You either get charged $33 as a "courtesy" or get charged $33 for having ach payments. You also can only get help with charge backs once a year unless it's a "bank error". It doesn't even matter if the merchant refunds you your money. You still have to pay $33 per transaction for being a FCCU member. Also!!! The ialerts never works. You check your account to see so many "courtesy" payments. I've decided to cancel my membership and move on to a better credit union that actually values their members.

We've been members of First Commerce for 20+ years. We've always enjoyed, friendly, personal service at the St Augustine branch and easy to use online banking.

Atm takes your money and they will take their time giving it back. Customer Service gives you the run around and the supervisors can't help either.

This branch staffs are super helping always by assisting customers to solve their concerns promptly with proper attention. The bank is good in service too more effective than bigger banks.

If been a member here for years and I'm really considering a new bank because the way members are treated here is horrible we aren't treated as valued customers and are taken advantage of constantly. And the wait times are horrendous 2 to 3 hour waits just to cash a check taking my valuable time which i just accepted but then you take my hard earned money over a fee that i have no control over and when asking for help your solution is for me to pay a monthly subscription to your bank that's ridiculous.

Worse location ever! They did not pay attention to anyone who did the sign-in for walk-ins. I observed the woman with the braids take one person before us and when we asked her do they go by the sign-in or not she told me “I only service people for what I know how to do”. Basically, if she didn’t know how to do it, then she couldn’t help you. The woman with the blue skirt recognized a man that she knew and helped him when we had been waiting for an hour. All we needed to do was open a new account, but apparently they only wanted to help people who had simple issues. Just unprofessional!

I would give 0 stars if I could very rude and unprofessional no one obviously has had prior training because no one knows what they’re doing never idc if I was near this location I’ll drive across town to go to the others before coming to this one and quite honestly I don’t even want to bank with them anymore useless and especially at this location save your time and bank with someone else or go anywhere else but this location.

I've been using First Commerce for the last 15 years and the service just keeps getting worse and worse! I just waited for an hour, then sat in an office at the Capital Circle NW location where Betsy walked in and asked a 2nd financial advisor "What did Phillip want?" To which that advisor responded, "Loan deferral!" To which snide sounds were made. The person "ATTEMPTING" to assist me was rude and kept having to go ask someone else for assistance. Once asked if my husband's address was correct on his DL, we were refused to add him to my acct because we don't have anything with our brand new address. The amount of unprofessionalism in this place is absolutely absurd!

Teller tells me the manager is refusing mutilated money. A new policy I haven't received any emails about. My $20 bill torn in half.(both sides present)The Manager ask me, "how did it get torn?" Like an investigation was needed. I guess this accidents was suspicious. After she walks off to find some tape and other stuff, I started to laugh at this ridiculous experience. Suddenly, the manager turns around to challenge me..."what are you laughing at?" I have never experienced this treatment in a bank before...She then goes on to tell me a FEW times...other banks have different policies. It felt as if she was telling me to take my banking somewhere else.
