This has got to be the most horrible bank I have ever been too they always have 1 or 2 tellers no matter how busy it is no one comes to help the tellers and it takes forever if you want to talk to someone….. This bank don’t care about their customers at all . Even the tellers they have are slow you think someone was getting a loan or buying a house at the teller counter

this is the worst Wells Fargo you can ever. Wells Fargo should just close this location down. Here are my reasons:1) they do not open up on weekends2) They have a drive-through that they hardly ever use.3) They are one of the most unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and unattended. Bank staff I have ever met. One staff in particular. The one that looks like a donkey sitting on a high horse always has gloves like you work at a hospital. She needs to be fired immediately.4) They wasted 45 minutes of my time.As a loyal Wells Fargo customer for the past 25 years. I will never go back to this bank.

Patiently waited in line for about 45 minutes, with our children, just to get to the front for the lady to tell us we could not deposit a check because it had two names on it. We are both there, it’s our two names. She tells us because it says “and” between our names instead of “or” that means both our names had to be on the account.Waste of our time. And we researched that later on and it’s NOT the case. As long as both of the people are there and sign, it is perfectly legal to deposit. I think those folks wanted to go home and weren’t really trying to do their job.Several people ahead of us had problems with their accounts and that should have been our red flag ?????? .

This bank is a joke. I was 1 of 2 customers there and was told I needed an appointment, after waiting in line (again with only one other customer in there). I had everything I needed card ID etc. Terrible customer service. I walked out and will just switch banks at this point.

This banks parking lot is disgusting. There was a used douche in front of the ATM machine on Saturday 6/26/22. It smells of urine and is full of trash. Disgusting!!

I don't recommend this branch. There are always people loitering by the ATMs and they keep their doors locked during business hours. That makes for a very uncomfortable experience and makes me think this location isn't very safe.

I got over charge for a fee that I never had to pay at any other branch. I asked for a manager the teller Sophia told me she’s the manager. So the teller is the manager. Terrible experience avoid this branch of possible. No wonder the reviews are terrible

Worst bank I’ve ever been to , been here almost a hour and I have to get back to work , I work just across the street and it always take 1 hour and some change just to DEPOSIT it is understandable that they are understaffed which is why they should add more people here . It’s been a issue for 2 years when is it going to get better? When would your company finally make a change?

Very friendly and polite staff but don't do anything there without an appointment. I waited over 3 hours to get a 1 page document notarized because I didn't have an appointment. Several other folks waited exorbitant amounts of time because they are under staffed. If you have an appointment this bank is great if you don't go elsewhere.

Their response time in addressing simple things like deposits/withdrawals/normal banking inquires is terrible...God awful. After waiting in line for 15 minutes I was advised to go into the drive thru when there was only one person in line and at least 5 bankers with free hands..I just needed to make a deposit. Second visit and I’ve been in the line for 20 minutes and no movement has taken place. If you’re in any type of rush and can’t use atm just go to another bank

I get to the bank, there's two people in line infront of me. I am doing a simple cash advance from my business checking from up north. 45 mins it takes while there's 6 employees just standing around doing nothing! Never will come here again!

Always have issues at this Branch. I’ve been in the drive thru now for over 45 min with lanes, left and right of me, leaving and going.
