Yesterday I came from Clearwater to go to school nearby and by faith I took some shoes in to return or exchange and he helped with so much more than that. He restored my confidence, affirmed my faith in the path God placed before me, AND helped me to choose shoes that were not only comfortable but in season and everyday luxury. My husband bought some shoes and we threw away the box without realizing that they had an imperfect one. We went to change them and the staff told us that their policies did not allow it. We left upset, leaving the bag with the imperfect shoes and what they did was make fun of us. It's bad that they do this with clients. We had bought several times before but this was probably the last.

Been feeling frustrated looking for the perfect Oxford shoes for an upcoming wedding but my recent visit to Aldo turned into a delightful experience, all thanks to Daniel. Before stepping into the store, I had tirelessly combed the mall in search of a specific shoe size.To my surprise and relief, Daniel had my size right there in his store. His warm, friendly, and bubbly approach made me feel at ease. Daniel's professionalism and genuine care for customers are exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend both Aldo and, specifically, Daniel for a fantastic shopping experience. Thank you, Daniel, for making my day and ensuring I left with exactly what I was looking for (although you reminded me of how shoe polish used to be back in the days!) ?
