This place is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything they offer, and gave me extra information I never received from any other company a like in their field of business. I went to another company for a hair follicle and tested twice positive for cocaine ( false results) I was pretty worried because of my problems I would face because of these results . I did some research found ARCpoint Labs of Tampa came in and took 2 test to prove I don't consume to witch one test was called a child guard test for extra proof. Both test came back negative. I cant thank this company enough. they took time to listen and cared about what I was facing made sure I did everything possible to find the conclusion of what was happening. ARCpoint Labs of Tampa is a place where you can expect 100% accurate results and I would recommend them to everyone.

Wanted to do DNA Ancestry on my son. Paid $250. The lab asked me "what do you think his ancestry is?" I said "isn't that your job?" Got his results back and they were completely wrong/fabricated. Do not recommend going here as this test was a scam. I would go with a more reputable company like 23andme or Ancestry.com.

Fantastic experience! Was going to get gouged by a downtown hospital urgent care center for a simple Rapid Antigen test, and found ARCpoint. Courteous, quand quick, and great price. If you need the test for travel, go to them.

wonderful and clean facility. This was a cadaver lab that my school signed up with to complete our course. Facility is great, staff are nice and helpful. They provide water, juice, etc. plenty of parking. They have other things that can be rented for I believe. I highly recommend it

Do NOT go here for covid testing. Extremely rude owner. Bought 2 rapid Covid tests for travel purposes for $80 each. We never received the emails with our results and the physical copy we asked for was not valid due to her writing the wrong year (2021 instead of 2022). Was not able to go on our cruise due to this. When calling asking for a refund I was told the emails were sent when neither of us got them, then hung up on rudely.Horrible experience and a waste of money, I want my refund!!
