Why is that none of the stores seem to open on time? No one answered the store phones, goes to a fax machine, immediately hangs up or there’s no phone available in the store. I simply want to get a new SIM card for my sons new phone and can’t get any help. Mind you they all say open at 10am but none of them do. Frustrating

Best customer service I've experienced with a cellphone company. I went in there on a budget and not only did D meet my budget, she put me on a plan that saves me money every month and I left with the cutest case!

The system wouldn't take my payment, the associate had to try several times before it would go through boost had system troubles in February and they did keep the service on but it wouldn't let you make payments and when it did let you make payments of course by that time it was past my billing date, so my billing date changed from my original billing date I don't like that, because it's not my fault that the system was down and I've been with boost for over 6 yrs and have always paid my bill on time. If I didn't have so much connected to this number I would go with another cellular provider in a split second which I still am considering ?.

The employee seemed new but he was VERY friendly and helpful. We came to him with 2 out of the box scenarios and he helped us easily even while my toddler was being distracting. Thank you!

Felicia Jones I lost my father a week and a half ago and my phone was in his name let me tell you that Felicia and I fought three days to get the pin from T-Mobile so I could get the phone number on a boost phone when I walked in today and get my phone cuz we finally got the pain she was so upset because I didn't get the special and she know that I've been having trouble paying for his funeral she put summer her money and so I can get the phone I wanted because I didn't get the special so you want to talk about customer service at his finest she should be rewarded and then some thank you for your show I'll always be thankful

Today I received the best service from Felicia, I have Comcast prepaid and they were super unhelpful for a whole week. Once I called Felicia and explained my situation she did everything to help me along with making sure everything worked out for me today. She is great. Thank you so much
Update: the moment I was helped by Felicia I took my old xfinity boxes to her and was told she would take care of them. I then received a email from xfinity about the box never been returned. I called the store to see what could be going on an I was informed that she threw them away after she told me she doesn’t take xfinity boxes which was a lie because I placed the box in her hand. When I called she was very rude and unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate because this is horrible customer service.

This is the most helpful boost mobile that you could ever come to . It’s a lady named Felicia and she was so helpful setting up my iPhone 13 pro max and she made sure everything worked before I left the store ! If you guys ever want genuine help please go to her ! She is amazing!
