3 out of the 4 times I have been here there is a sign on the door saying we will be back at __ time and I have always come during business hours at different times of the day. It is very annoying to drive somewhere only for the store to not be open.

I used to go there before COVID and I know all staffs ( very nice and professional) but this time was different. the new staff Kiyran ( iam not sure about spelling) she stared to help me but she was on call ( video call) ALL THE TIME!!! I couldn't believe it !

Went here with a couple of friends not to long ago. I have super thick eyebrows and wanted my eyebrows trimmed and cleaned up nice! When I was all done and looked in the mirror i Came out looking like Liza Minnelli. Will never go again. Horrible just horrible.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They completely butchered my eyebrows. They are so thin and uneven. I'm so sad and disappointed I have to wear a hat now. I've been growing out my brow hairs for so long for them to remove all of my hair... I'm just in disbelief.

I waited over 25 minutes patiently for the eyebrow technician to then advise me that the current women she was assisting was going to take her a while longer. I tried to inform her that for future reference she should advise those that are waiting for service prior if she knows it's going to be a while for them to be serviced. She then tried to argue with me instead of taking my constructive feedback. The customer service was extremely terrible. I would not advise anyone to go to this place and I wish I had read the reviews prior to going to this place.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The associate thinned my eye brows so bad I look like I have no eye brows. I would not have paid for this if my sister didn't already pay while I was getting them done. This is a week before my sisters wedding. I do not recommend this shop if you want to keep your eye brows.

The worst customer service. Store states that they are open during mall hours. Walk in at 8:25 pm (mall closes at 9) and noticed the lady was counting the money in the drawer. I asked if she was still open and she hesitated, I insisted if she was trying to close I could leave it was not a big deal because I understood the mall was closing soon. With an attitude she said have a seat. I took a seat and I told her I appreciated her staying open to do this. Again, with an attitude stated that she was closing when I came in. After reading all the other reviews for this location, it is clear that nobody here cares for customer service. Will take my business else where.

You never know what you’re going to get here. Go to the one in the Citrus Park mall. The older lady is good she’s very kind. The other ones left me with McDonald’s arches the first time. The second time I gave them a chance, I left with one eyebrow higher than the other. The Citrus Park one has *never* disappointed me and even though this one is more convenient, I would rather drive the further distance.

Do NOT come here!!!! I came here when I was desperate and my eyebrows are worse than before!!! They are uneven and they took off way too much in the middle! I was almost in tears leaving and now I have to pay more to try to get them fixed. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

The woman ripped my skin!!! Denied it when I requested witch hazel and my skin stung! Stay away, extremely rude also.
