My experience with Car Credit was excellent. From the very beginning, she (Veronica) was attentive, clear, and very professional. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood every step. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. I wish more salespeople were as dedicated as she is. 100% recommended👍🏻

One of the reps (Verónica) backed one of the cars they were trying to sell me into my current car in front of my husband and I.
When I brought it up to the manager it was shrugged off entirely so I will be contacting the owner. They still have the nerve to continue contacting me to see if I want to buy a vehicle after that

1 star is to many. Don't waste your time. Didn't know what vehicles were where, have to be approved before any test drives. Rude associates.

Absolutely rude company. Told me to drive an hour to get $150 for a referral, drove all the way there on a Friday, told me I have to come back on Monday, called on monthly to ask about it and they were so completely rude to me. I will never recommend anyone to this place again. Not only that but the car I got from them broke down shortly after I got it and had problems the entire time I had it. Stay away from this place.

My experience at Car Cedit is good, they have good service Meliza and her co-workers
They are attentive people who offer you the best of them but in my case the car I chose is giving me problems and I have already had to fill it up on 2 occasions at the workshop. Look carefully when you go to buy a car, check it well and try it, it is my opinion, have good day

Honestly, I had a unique experience after having visited several dealers and leaving them, not so motivated since my bank income was in poor condition. I heard about car credit and what seemed like a myth became reality because I was super satisfied with their service. With your attention and of course with the car that I was able to take with me, I recommend them 100% and I am super grateful to the girl Melissa and the rest of the guys from car credit located in Hillboro and Havana because they helped us until they couldn't, thank you again . ??
