I give it to them they are affordable but they don’t check their phones properly I just got the 13 pro max and one whole camera wasn’t working i tried everything to updating the phone to restarting it so i took it back to get it fixed and when i tell you one of the worst experiences. They tell me it will be done same day by 9pm I’ve heard nothing and it’s already 8:20 I call and they tell me it might not be done today and that it’s at a different store…. Not what I signed up for. I go to the other location just in time before closing they had the WORST attitude and didn’t return my phone with the case on and when I asked for it they said that there wasn’t a case on it?!?!? Let’s be for real

Tried to sell me a 15 pro max with a broken screen. The screen had a deep green mark in the screen and I drove 35 mins to buy the phone and after i went there i see that thing. I asked many times that the phone has any issues or not and the guy who works at that store he said everything is good and after i went there i see the screen is messed up. Very bad service and i will not recommed anyone to go there to waste their time.

I recently purchased a phone from this store, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was a usual customer and have positive feedback in this store but NO MORE! The salesperson who assisted me did not inform me that the phone's speaker was malfunctioning, nor did he mention that the charger was defective. When I tried to charge the phone, it wouldn't power up at all.
After discovering these issues only two days after purchase the phone, I returned to the store seeking assistance, only to be met with an accusatory attitude from the same salesperson. He claimed that I must have broken the phone, despite it not functioning from the start. To make matters worse, he refused to honor my warranty and accused me that I broke it! Even though I returned to the store just two days after the purchase. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and very disrespected. This experience was particularly disappointing given the circumstances surrounding Hurricane Hilton, which had already been stressful.
I expected a professional and supportive response, but instead, I faced blame and denial of service. I would not recommend this store based on my experience and suggest considering other options for purchasing electronics!

I took my iPhone XR here, and the screen was completely destroyed. I was in the store for probably 15 minutes and I had a new aftermarket screen installed and the service was excellent and the price was great.

Came in to get my phone screen replaced. The employee working seemed busy and distracted at best. He quoted me 150$ for screen replacement and 2 to 3 hrs, but the phone had to be shipped to a different location somewhere on Florida ave. I told him i would go there to speed up the process. He calls the guy at the other location and tells me the price is 270$ instead. I went across the street and got if fixed for 170$... Shop around before you commit to any if these shops..
