I went in for a dip, I forgot to catch the woman's name but she didn't do the application correctly. It was a simple dip and stain color that I picked out, some of my nails are not the same shade which is super annoying. Also she didn't file my nails all one shape so when I went home I ended up correction the shape to what I like.

I called from 4 different numbers to make a simple appoinment for my daughter and I. They kept hanging up the phone. If it was one phone it would be understandable (maybe they couldn't hear me) , but it was 4 different phones! ( So I was still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they may have had a problem with their phone line. They kept saying hello, like once or twice and hung up. So I finally got though on an office phone here at work. I told someone what was happening all morning when I TRIED TO MAKE AND APPOINTMENT. They were like "oh well" I even said, "don't you think this could make you lose business" they said "maybe" I was appaulled. No apology, no "how can we help you" NADA! Well they lost our business before it even began. Customer service is everything to me.

Clean, friendly staff, and the price is right. Every time I go anywhere else I'm disappointed. Not here all the girls, no matter which one I go to, does an amazing job. Love the atmosphere. I'm glad I found this place. They will have a loyal customer as long as I live in Tampa.

My first time visit. Very nice and pleasant. They know plenty about nails. They take their time and very precise on the shape, size, and the look of your nails. Already set up my second appointment.
