Crystal Brady was my angel realtor!!!
She helped me every step of the way to accomplish a double close in one day. We ended up selling my house in the morning and buying my new place in the afternoon… SAME DAY YALL!!!
The logistics to get this done seemed overwhelming but she helped with everything. Every detail she made sure was completed and ready to make a double close on the same day possible. She is my angel!!!! Thank you for all you did to sell my old home and buy us a home within hours of each other.

We closed on a home last year in February and Crystal was right there with us since day one. We been searching for a home since the beginning of 2022, it took us a year and two months to finally feel comfortable and put an offer in.Crystal was very patient with us and very understanding. She is very knowledgeable on home purchasing and she looks after her customers best interests. Crystal is very dedicated to doing what's in your best interest, and even negotiated and worked with the lender to get me the best deal. Thanks to Crystal we were able to buy our first home in the middle of the highest Rates the US has seen since 2001. She really was able to ask the lenders about programs and was even able to bargain for our brand new Townhouse. Overall I am beyond impressed and will definitely be using her services in the future.

I first came in contact with Crystal about 5 years ago when I bought my first house. She amazed me with her experience, and enthusiasm for her job She is very knowledgeable about the real estate process and was always ready to impart that knowledge. So when I decided to sell that home, the first person I thought of was Crystal.She not only help me sell my home but was also instrumental in me buying my new home. Crystal treat everyone like family and her Rolodex of contacts is truly amazing. During the sale and the buying of my new home she was with me every step of the way. If I had a question she was always available to answer and if she didn’t know the answer she will researched and let you know.The home buying process was a very long one but throughout it Crystal kept in contact with the builder to get regular updates an pass that along to me. During the walkthrough Crystal was very detailed oriented in pointing out things that should be corrected or fixed. Things that I missed while doing the same walkthrough with the builder. I would recommend Crystal to any one needing to either buy or sell a home. She is definitely someone you want on your side when navigating through this real estate process.Very knowledgeable, very honest, and very personable.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My wife and I were first time home buyers from out of state, and we felt confident because we had Crystal, who was there for us every step of the way.She helped us win our dream home through the bidding process, advised us at the design center and inspections, and aided in our communications with the builder which saved us time, money, and stress. Anytime we had an issue, she made it her business to involve herself to make sure it was resolved and we were satisfied with the result.Crystal is more than a realtor, and we realize how important it is to have someone like Crystal on our side for the biggest purchase of our lives. Crystal was truly amazing to work with- even working in Real Estate like I do, going into a sale is still bringing your personal life into your work environment, and you still feel the pressure and stress. Any time I would think something that was happening was bad, Crystal would call and immediately just the tone of her voice and her confidence in what she is saying calmed me down to realize that this is not the end of the world, its just a bump in the road. She kept in constant communication, and stood firm on her sales price she believed she could get me- AND SHE DID! I will be working with Crystal again in the future on my next purchase, and anytime someone asks me for a referral, she will be my go to!

Crystal is absolutely the best realtor we've ever had. Her attention to detail is amazing. She thinks of everything! We had a condo we were planning to put on the market. It never got listed! She sold it to a renter in our building before we could even list it. And, we got our full asking price. If we ever decide to buy or sell property in the Tampa Bay area again, Crystal will be our realtor!
