Ernest and his team were incredibly helpful in getting a new home owners policy, through Citizen’s, for my elderly aunt’s home. She had let it lapse and Ernest was amazing in gathering all the details necessary, the additional coverages that were needed and all in record time. You’ll be in great hands when working with him!

I have been associated with Earnest Walkers State Farm Office for over 50 years. Known several agents and office personnel during those many years. Had several issues and have been able to resolve them all. Recently had a problem that was resolved by Lynette and Earnest. Two Gold Stars awarded and a big thank you.

Earnest is a very nice person, very charismatic and engaging. However, this is the second claim I have tried to get my agent to help me with and can't reach him because I'm told he is out of the office. I had damage from storm Debbie, left messages most days, but my agent is busy. My fear is this lack of response will effect my homeowners claim. The girls in the office, told me they can't personally help me it needs to be Earnest. Hopefully, after leaving this review, Earnest will come to the home and help me file a claim. It's awful to trust your insurance agent and be repeatedly ignored.

I have been with State Farm Insurance since I was 16. I have stayed with State Farm through multiple moves. Over the years I have had multiple Car, 4 Family Member Life Insurance Policies and Homeowners insurance on several homes because it was so easy to transfer coverage from one state to another. I had a car accident in 2013 and was very disappointed with the MAJOR increase in premiums so was forced to switch to another carrier. I currently have homeowners and one life insurance policy. I have enjoyed working with my current State Farm office. I live on a very limited income and don't want to be forced to change carriers because I can no longer afford my policy premium.
