Carlos the manager at the,North Florida Ave and Bush location,needs to be fired ,he is extremely verbally abusive to both employees and customers,,this is Everytime we shop at this location,,we will no longer shop there !!!!!! disgusting customer service

I used to go there every week. I won't go back. The people that work there should be FIRED. I have always taken my own grocery cart and my own bags for the items I get. On Saturday, I had my husband with me. He was pushing the cart. I was getting the items needed. The manager, if you could her that, yelled out at my husband as we approached the cash register. Did you bring that cart in here? He stated that was our own. She started yelling and repeating herself and being belligerent. He told her I won't be back. She yelled at him as he was pushing our cart out the door. Good, we don't need you anyway. I packed and paid for my items...advised we won't be back. I demanded her name. She refused. Then someone came out of the front, the office not saying a word. I again demanded a name. Nothing. I took the receipt and contacted headquarters and am now DAMANDING JUSTICE !!

I went to purchase a few items at this location and there was a nasty, black lady at the register that because I tested a body splash I was demanded to buy it. I said there is no sign saying I have to purchase the product, she then refused my purchase and told me to leave her store. She is disgusting and POOR representation for this store and customer service. Witches should stay on their brooms.

The Cashier was very rude when attending my service,She was on the phone while ringing me up,I told her to Void the transaction,she gave an attitude, I didn't have enough to purchase my items which I left my card at home by mistake,She was embarrassing me and talking about me with other customers.She took my items and put it behind the registers not asking if I'm going to purchase the other items.I wish the store manager was there to see what kind of employee he has working there.

Worst experience at a family dollar, EVER went in for diapers and the elderly employee saw me grab a DOT of makeup to match my skin tone and proceeds to yell from behind the counter if I use the product I must buy it, MIND YOU there are 4-5 other makeup open and spilled all over the place of darker completions. As I grab the makeup I tried to walk over and pay for it, while the old lady STILL cussing calling me out my name, as I put my stuff on the counter to pay she takes out her phone to take a picture of me, so I do the same , take a picture and she didn't like that so called me a theif and told me to leave the store never coming back again worse employee I've ever met.

The store employees are great! Friendly, helpful and extremely patient. The AC is broken and it’s miserably hot in there, which is in humane conditions for those who are working! There are also NO shipping carts at all! They’ve all been stolen and the company hasn’t replaced them!
