The desk attendant helped me complete my print job so I wouldn't struggle with understanding how to use the machine. That made it quick and painless.

So now, the latest thing is everything through self check out. Issue is you've got a 75 on box, it's time the associate did something and get up off their butts to scan. Is that asking too much? Terrible service and even worse operational aptitude.

I recently needed some help copying some very important documents. The worker helped me get everything set up, helped with a machine to stack my papers properly, and let me know that once I reach $80 of copying, it would log me out. I added my credit card again and continued copying.*PS- I am a woman of color, and was still treated with respect and kindness (what I typically give everyone I meet).

The employee Anthony called me a nigger after trying to print something i had for school due to me not having my fedex id on me this is unacceptable

I was in and out. Staff seemed very busy and working hard. The fed ex employee who assisted me was professional and fast.

No one answered the phone, the online auto system does not answer your questions. They lost my package and that is where the nightmare began. The service was okay before the pandemic now it's just awful. Let's not mention the drivers throwing your packages. OMG
