Anthony helped us with printing an oversized item that we could have never accomplished without his help. It was closing in on Closing time but Anthony was still patient with us and never tried to rush us out. We had a great experience thanks to Anthony.

I get there to ship some packages and there’s an older gentlemen standing there looking confused. There’s 1 employee totally unaware of the people coming in as the line grows.
No greeting, no “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Nothing. Just 1 unaware employee behind the desk.
I waited for 5 minutes no greeting, line grows. It’s very clear fedex corporate wants to weed out person to person and want everyone to use their computer to weigh and print labels.

I have used this store before and have always had an excellent experience. Yesterday was over the top excellent. After trying several Walgreens and CVS to print a photo book, I contacted Fedex and Melissa helped me. She was a Godsend!! I was trying to print a milestone birthday book I needed in hours.She was SO helpful, edited and expedited the book and even helped fix an error I had made. THANK YOU!! She is a gem!

I usually go early mornings during the week and the staff are always friendly and helpful. But when I went Saturday afternoon, it was a completely different experience. I walked in and no one greeted us. We walked up to the counter and the lady said “I clocked out they don’t pay me overtime.” So we waited for someone else. No-one came or asked if we needed help. I saw two ladies talking by the printer so I asked if they worked here and one of the ladies turns around and grabs her shirt and points at the fedex logo (and showing her name tag which states “Kayla”) like if it was obvious which I couldn’t see from the back since it was just a black jacket from the back. I proceed to tell her we’re just dropping up a package and need a receipt. She asks where the other lady was and I told her she left. She rudely comes up, scans and give me the receipt. I said thank you and she didn’t even say you’re welcome or sorry for her lack of customer service. Terrible experience.

Needs better Manager . Customer time is valuable and energy to stand in line to be considered as well. For a quick 30 secs answer customers are made to wait for 30 mins in queue because there is only one helper at the front desk. He doesn’t cares if it’s mother with baby or senior standing for simple question .

Very slow customer service experience.
Even though I called to check if they print for me on the same day, that wasn't the case when I came in and I had to wait 24 hours!!
Not student project friendly. The steps are too complicated!

I use this location regularly to print and shift items for my job. They always do a wonderful job and have things done quickly. They are super responsive over email and very easy to work with. Melissa is always super helpful. Love this location!

A HUGE shoutout to Ashley. She was working at this location last Saturday morning (3/29/25) when I needed (a lot of) assistance to get a project printed up so it could be shipped to a client in another state. She brainstormed with me, created samples and had the project printed in two hours. It looked great! Attention higher ups! She deserves a raise AND a promotion.

I have been at this location multiple times. I am usually very particular about the way I send my packages, and I am sure most people do the same. While trying to do so, I get anxious and sometimes even forget to print the labels. Most FedEx locations to my experience have been helpful in doing so. I would particularly like to mention an employee named Trejer (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) at this location. She's just amazing the way she carries herself and how helpful she is. I have been there a couple of times nearly during their closing times, and not only to me, but she helps almost everyone with a bright smile on her face even during the closing time when most customer representatives rush you.
Very professional and great customer service! Kudos to her and her team!
