We went to deposit a check and made the deposit the people in the bank just look at us as we where from another planet of curse we are puertorican and they hold the check for 10 days so we don't recommend this bank i will open a case for discrimination this check is from our Lawyer office under my wife name

Went in to open a CD and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes while the CS Reps made calls to friends and talked about after work plans. The lobby was empty, and the staff was just not interested in working. We walked out without being helped.

There are 20 people in Here right now and only one person helping everybody. I don’t know what kind of bank is this but I won’t recommend anybody coming here. And If you want better experience just open account at other Banks. Till they figure out a system to not make people wait here like they work for the bank.

The employees seem okay. But I wouldn't suggest coming to this location for services other than to use the ATM. Reason being is because you might stand in line for 30 minutes or so before you will actually get seen. Once you're seen it will take probably another 30 minutes to take care of your issue. I wouldn't come here unless I just absolutely have nothing else to do that day.

Needs to fix atm because every single Time I try to deposit money it says unavailable. Pretty annoying having to drive all the way here just to find this out .
