The service is always great at this Firestone. Sam was very helpful and patient when booking my car repair service. He thoroughly explained each repair that was needed and worked with me to make sure that my car was functioning properly. I’m not an expert with understanding car parts so it was a blessing to have such a knowledgeable person help me understand the repair and the cost. Plus, Sam helped me to get bundle deals to save some money on the repair cost with my Firestone Credit Card. Great Service. Timely repairs. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend them for all you car repair needs.

This place tried to say that I have to replace my tie rods whenever I am going to replace the power steering motor when it's two different parts of a vehicle and they don't have anything to do with each other.Edit: To Nicolas, I'm not going to email a flake email address and what I needed fixed on my girlfriend's vehicle is just the power steering motor and I know for a fact that tie rods and power steering motor are completely different from each other. I worked for a few years with a mechanic and I saw him install a power steering motor without touching the tie rods. The person I spoke with tried to scam me and my girlfriend and that's why I gave you a 1 star.

I purchased a battery for my car. It didn't work correctly, so they replaced it. Then, it still didn't work correctly. They told me to take it to the Toyota dealership to get the codes read. I did and that costs about $200. Toyota told me that Firestone sold me a battery that doesn't work in my car. Firestone refuses to refund me for having to get the code read (though it was their fault that they sold me something that doesn't work for my car.) I had recently spent quite a bit there, and it would have been in their best interest to make it right. I will not be returning.Edit: They did end up making it right. It took a lot of time, waiting, and contacting the company. Increasing from one to three stars for making it right.

I have to give them 3 stars. But honestly, it should be closer to 1 star. Matter of fact, I'm changing it to 2 stars and here's why. I scheduled a appointment for 8 am for an oil change and to install a compressor belt. Now, they said they had to send off for the belt. It took a couple of hours for the belt to come, cool. It took 5 minutes to put the belt on. The problem I have is, they let the car sit there waiting on the belt to arrive, and didn't do the oil change. That's bad management, and that's why their rating is so low. It's all about management.

I took my Honda to the Firestone on N. Dale Mabry to fix the air conditioning, specifically asked them to check the freon level since it had leaked once before. The employee told me the entire system -- compressor, condenser, etc. needed to be replaced to the tune of $1,800. When I asked about the freon level he spun a tale about how it's illegal to replace the freon and the store could be fined up to $25,000. Really? How stupid did he think I was? I, of course, left the shop and will never return. Took the car to a reputable auto shop, Meredith's in Land o' Lakes, who replaced the freon and I was out the door for just over $200 and enjoying my air conditioning. As a senior woman, I am so tired of men assuming they can take advantage of women as if age renders us stupid. My instincts about this person were correct and I detected his dishonesty immediately. No way to run a business.

Called about a tire when replacing two, only to be told they don't have them in stock. Fair enough, but at least tell me what you DO have in stock. Instead, they just ended the call. Obviously I went elsewhere, and since Firestone doesn't need a $400 sale, I suggest you do the same, go elsewhere

DO NOT GO HERE! I got an oil change here several months ago. I was due for another oil change went to different place today and they had trouble finding the dip stick. Turns out that the folks at Firestone put it in my car with a screw attached?!?! And made no mention to me, it’s been in my car this whole time. Ridiculous.

Words could not express how thankful I am for the help. I had an issue with my Car 30 min before closing, But Bryan Nunez and his crew took care of me. Being out of town, I did not know what to expect. However I quickly knew I was in good hands.I highly recommend this Firestone for your automotive needs. It's a well run shop, and I wish I had this experience where I lived.
