I went in to browse and asked the price for a few items in the case. I didn’t realize the items were so $$$. When I shared my budget, the saleslady said there was nothing in the range within the “fine jewelry” and walked away. She didn’t even try to show me any items within my price range. Found this to be rude and I walked out.

I visited this store to get my girlfriend a surprise gift for our anniversary. When I walked in, I only had a vague idea of something she sort of liked when we stopped by 6 months ago. The employee that assisted me was very helpful and nice. She guided me towards the style I was looking for and even provided honest feedback on what worked and what didn’t. In the end, I walked out with THE necklace/bracelet combo that fit the vibe I was going for and my girlfriend ended up loving it. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Love their jewelry, and the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. My bracelet clasp broke and they swapped my bracelet out no problem!!

I have bought a few items from this vendor online but when I found out there was an actual store in Tampa I had to go. I love the beautiful affordable pieces they have! The higher end jewelry is so pretty too. The custom gift wrapping is so nice! The store clerk (I forget her name) chatted me up and showed me so many gorgeous items. I really had a great experience here. I will be purchasing more as gifts moving forward. Beautiful store!!!

Great location to shop. Parking can be a little hectic. Store has a nice selection and Gorjana backs their merchandise.

The best service and high quality products at an affordable price. I had a necklace that I purchased a couple years ago that broke and I didn’t think they’d be able to do anything about it, but when I took it in they exchanged it no questions asked! I also learned while I was there that if your jewelry gets discolored, tarnished, kinked, or anything they will replace it for you. The team members I dealt with were so nice and helpful, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

The sales associates here are really helpful and the jewelry is excellent quality. I haven't taken off my earrings and necklace for months - even showering and working out in them, and they haven’t tarnished at all.

Gorjana is a great addition to Hyde Park. I thought the jewelry and store was beautiful. The staff was also very nice. I enjoyed my shopping experience there.
